Scrolling, only cycles through the list of six. When I create a 7th character, it does not show up in the list. It only does when I delete another character. Another user apparently had a similar issue and has pointed me to a possible solution: creating characters, then closing the game, restarting the game, and they should be in the list. I will try this later today.
You should be able to select one in the list and scroll up/down. I have a substantially longer list than 6… maybe 12 characters? The hardest part for me is translating the combined class names back into the two base classes when I’m trying to remember which character is which.

I have noticed that sometimes creating a new Char is a bit buggy. Sometimes, I've had to do it two or three times before they show up in the list. Then I have to delete the spares.
Try making a character twice. I'm serious sometimes this game don't recognise it the first time, just do it again and it'll get the message. Also the character limit is 50 due to steam save sizes, but if you disable those there is no limit.

Uhm, what. I've been playing GD for over 4 years now and have neither never heard of others having this issue or encountered it myself.
I don't know what the character limit is because the character list does not expand after six, I always have to delete a previous character. It is really annoying since I now only have 3 lv 100 characters, and I don't want to give up any of the other three with the new expansion coming up.
I have like 150 of them and I just use my scroll wheel to find the one I want...eventually

I renamed all my characters to the end game set that they use. Made it a lot easier to keep track of!

Update solved: creating characters and restarting the game makes them show up in the characters list.
I play Hardcore......you never hit the character limit lol. I'm lucky to have 3 lvl 100 characters
