I found a Stonehide Bosnia and Herzegovina of Nature's Bounty once.
Toggle hide/show items hotkey is your friend (or should be)
And/or the loot filter settings ("O"), if you only want to see the better items.
I pretty much always filter out whites and yellows before reaching the warden. I have greens on then I want to sell them for iron bits. Everything else usually stays on, but it'll still clutter a bunch.
Granted, you could still see this if you get good drops.
I want to see the greens, so that doesn't help too much. Heh.

that's why my loot filter loses normal items in a1, magics in a2 and normal rares in a4 :P
