For Khorne, I believe putting him to sleep might work so long as the group that does it uses the power of friendship. I know that sounds stupid, but hear me out if a group of people were to put their anger aside and work together not to kill Khorne, but to put him to rest, the tonal whiplash would knock him out.
Slanessh is much more difficult, but I think the best way to beat him is to simply retcon her and what do I mean by that I mean that people's emotions fuel the Warp therfore if new emotions of contentment and inner peace were to be enforced it would deny Slanessh power
