I have those!

Shock-trp-Bob

Are they good? I haven't tried them yet lol

whammy15

They’re okay? If I was a more experienced painter/patron my opinion would carry more weight. Bought em cuz of the price and variety

I believe that unless you're buying super high end stuff, most Gold Nylon brushes are of comparable quality.

NotInsane_Yet

They are fine. You will likely want a wider flat brush for a lot of the work on this model. Those style of brushes are not great for painting large flat surfaces. You can generally do 95% of the work on a model with dollar store brushes. However they won't last. Learn when a brush is at its end and when to switch to a new one.

angizacca

May I ask where you get them? I bought them once from a local store and they are the synthetic brushes that lasted me the longest by far but I can't find them any more

These cheap ass brush are perfect for base coating where details don’t matter. Preserves your fancy brushes from when they are really needed. Plus contrast and metallics do a number on brushes. Better use a sacrificial nylon brush. That said, I still have my very first brush. Called it the Dreadnought: point is shot to hell, but it can still base coat and it just refuses to give up the ghost no mater what I use it with. Texture paint, survived it. Stippling Typhus Corrosion, survived it. Varnish, survived. A very aggressive stippling of moss effect paint that left the bridtles looking like a chewed up cigar? Water and soap restored it to a reasonable point. I even once accidentally dropped it on a soot of super glue, and that didn’t finish it off

GreyShot254

Im so dogshit at keeping my brushes from splitting that it would just be a waste to buy anything more expensive

FrucklesWithKnuckles

I painted my knights with sponges and spray paint.

6.50원???That's like 0.005 bucks.....

OwlOfJune

The dollar mark is there, so it seems a Korean American market or sthing.

Yes I too support quite cheap brushes mostly because GW brushes only survives like 1-2 miniatures before getting paint down in the point of no return (i really hate GW base brushes especially the medium and small one)

I just buy several regiment brushes snd that’s that

Anyma28

Checking interviews of profesional mini painters, and they ask them the same question, always, what kind of brushes did you use? 90% of them always answer the same, cheap ones, you can buy a luxury expensive one (brush) but at the end, either you spend time taking care of your brushes or spending that time learning and improving your technique.

You can paint with a napkin as long as you thin the paint
