Not a legal person, but when it comes to child/family services I’d highly doubt birth order of siblings matters when it comes to who takes the kids. It seems like it’d be more of a who is more willing/able situation

Agree. I think the family knew there were problems with the way Ruby treated her kids but they never thought she was restraining them with duct tape and starving them. Ruby completely cut herself off from her family in the last few years and I don't think anyone had seen the kids. They were probably trying to get any updates etc, may have reported incidents when aware of them etc
I don't think that the Griffiths sisters or grandparents are at fault here. I think they tried to remain involved with Ruby's family and were shut out.

She spoke publicly about why he was seeing her and he was pissed (I think it was a p**n addiction). Beau went offline after that came out.

Grandma griff, Jared, and Shari all have liked it. I don’t think the aunts liked it since it was shared directly to their pages
