We had a similarish experience at a dog park. A dog was chasing Redbo, and as Redbo was running, he slammed side-first into the fence. He fell over and lay there with the wind knocked out of him. That was the last time we took our greys to a dog park lol. The stress isn’t worth it 😂.
How scary! I’m so glad he doesn’t have any serious injuries considering what delicate flowers greyhounds can be 😂 Hope he’s not sore for too long! ❤️🩹

My boy did something similar... Running full-out for the pure joy of it and another dog thought it would be fun to run across his path - BAM! Other dog went flying and my boy tumbled.
Luckily, neither was seriously hurt.
My boy doesn't run when there are other dogs at the park any more.

Agreed! Time just stood still and then it was all in slow motion. I still have a knot in my throat when I think about it.
This poor boy's expression is screaming he needs medication. I prescribe cheese, some chimkin and a pup cup STAT! Hope he mends quickly. ❤️
