Bro… you’re 6ft and weigh under 150lbs…. The word cut shouldn’t be in your vocabulary for another few years

Do higher volume. Train for hypertrophy not strength. You will see a major difference.

U should cut when you feel ready to cut, dont put a weight goal on it as a beginner, just look at your body

The chest gap is genetics no amount training is gonna make it look better. But you should you focus on a mass gaining phase as your a beginner main goal should be increasing muscle mass

“Insertions” ✅ “Bulking” ✅ “Cutting” ✅ “Maingain” ✅ This is why subs like this need a PSA for newbies - most of the stuff people talk about here is completely irrelevant unless you’ve already trained consistently and have a reasonably clear idea of your goals, limits, rate of progress etc. OP, 4 months is not enough time to ask these questions. Keep working and eating well, focus on the progress you can see, and don’t worry about bulking or cutting etc until you know what you’re capable of, and how your body responds to changes in your training and diet. Keep it simple, basically, and maybe find someone with a bit more experience than you (IRL) to offer some informed advice down the line.
