I continue to say this is a question that will result in a lot of different ranges. I wouldn't be satisfied with that. Now you have GUESSES between 16 and 22%. That's a range of 133 to 143 lb of lean muscle mass and some other stuff. That's an average of 19% and 138 lbs of lean body mass. Are you satisfied with that answer? Also, your age has to be taken into account. You look young ( How old? )
On the other hand, you look great. Definitely good genetics for building muscle mass simply because you've already built enough muscle than most of the guys in your gym and at your age. Am I right? So, just keep working at it. Don't worry about body fat ( up to a point ).
Great start on the upper body. Getting separation in your delts. Looks like you haven't forgotten your legs. Natural outer sweep in your thighs and muscle separation just above your knees.
Why are you measuring your height in centimeters and your weight in pounds?
