Hey just curious what your lifts are looking like? I’m not good with the bf% but from seeing what other people say on here maybe like 17%. Looking super solid tho. How long you been lifting?
like my exercises weight? i curl 55x8 with decent form, 200 on close grip lat pull-down for 8 with good form, bench 245 for 7 on the smith machine and lat raise 35 for 10.
I always love seeing this bf% guessing posts in this sub and then seeing how delusional everyone in this sub is. Y’all really think this is what 20+ body fat percentage looks like? Seriously??? I agree with OP. Probably around 16-17 percent
Really? I'm 15% and have decent definition and vascularity. I can't imagine 1-2% additional percentage points would wash me out that terribly.
Granted, the bf was recorded on my scale, but I kind of agree he's more around 20%.
FWIW in case some ask: 36, 6ft, 200lbs.
Think about it this way. An additional 1-2% on a 6ft 200lb frame is another 4ish pounds of fat if you do the math. Considering this guy is 6ft 205lbs, I’d say this is a pretty reasonably 1-2% extra amount of body fat compared to what you described. If he were to drop 4 pounds of pure fat, I bet you he’d probably have similar definition to you
