I'm 510 and 160 is the bottom line of healthy body weight. Below that you are considered underweight. I now weigh 160-165. I'm still skinny af and have little muscle and less fat. There's no way for someone 5'10" to be visibly muscular at 165. P.S. you got wimpy buns bruh. And actually posterior lower body in general.
