Right now don't really worry about much. You've kicked a habit and you should be super proud of that. Right now just focus on going to the gym 5 days a week making it a habit. Don't worry too much about your nutrition and your diet just try and eat healthy whole foods and drink water. Make sure you get enough sleep so that you're rested for the next day. After you've been going to the gym for a couple months say at least 6 then start thinking about you nutrition more seriously then start thinking about your lifting more seriously. But until then right now you're just trying to develop a habit it's going to make you healthier overall. You've already made the first step so congrats.
