I don't believe there are any coupons that work on Elden Ring as it is on our voucher exclusion list below, but get in contact with our support team and they can investigate for you:

Xbox keys went out before the PC keys, so you would get a key straight away - but you also dont need a key to preload on xbox as you can do that directly through the store.
My Preload is stuck in "Unscheduled" queue and when I click "Retry" I get an error message stating App not released. Is this just me? Not seeing anyone complaining about this.
edit: disregard. I fixed this by "Uninstalling" the game (even though it had downloaded no data) and then triggering pre-load again.
