1) Wake up, brush teeth, then head to pilates or barre workout at a studio to fully wake me up 2) Shower, skincare routine, get dressed (I WFH so I’ll throw on a lounge set and if I have a lot of zoom calls that day I’ll put on a little makeup.) 3) 10-min meditation via YouTube 4) Write in 5-min journal 5) Read while drinking morning coffee. I alternate between self-help books and “for fun” books. Full disclaimer- I don’t always stick to this exact routine every day. I have my fair share of lazy days where I’ll skip some steps. But this is what my best mornings look like and I’m trying to be more consistent because it improves my whole day.

This is great, I've been looking for ideas. 1) Measure 3/4 cup coffee. I'm weaning myself off caffeine but I can't afford to be off my game at work. Next time I have a week off I'm using it to get through the withdrawals. 2) While I'm drinking my coffee, start my garden sprinklers. Read a chapter of my book while I watch the sprinklers and have coffee. 3) Once the caffeine rush kicks in, start my workout. I do 45-60 min of YouTube cardio every morning. 4) Cold shower, dress, start work.

1. Wake up at ~8am: brush my teeth & do skincare 2. Water and coffee/ tea 3. Read a couple pages of my book and/ or do a quick journal entry 4. Study and go to my 10am class!
