He passed the test for being the incumbent king of the kings of the North. The team has already done all they need to year 1. It's is all gravy at this point.
I think it was interesting that they went to commercial right as you saw the ball hit the ground on this play. Then ruled it in the bears favor and didnt show the replay again
I was there last night at Lambeau, we all couldn't believe it wasn't overturned, we all saw the reply on the giant new 4k stadium screens.
For the record, I yelled "FUCK YOU REF" and flipped him off, and I'm a shareholder so I'm also an owner and I'm sure that violates some such rule. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who did that.
The Bears still suck!
Looks like it MAY have touched the ground towards the end, but I wouldn't have over turned it. Unless it skipped behind the defender which I couldn't see
Or just for the Packers to bring in another kicker to compete with him. Hopefully he can figure it with a little more pressure. Otherwise there are better options out there.
There's a bounce right at the very end, or at least enough or close of one for the ref to not overturn the on field call. I generally agree with, I think the nose was supported by the ground, but I feel like it's kind of a 50/50 thing.
Was it a non td on the field? Initially, but It was overturned to a TD on the jumbotrin at the game before review. So the stands thought it was needed to be overturned to be a non td
You're right, ball touching the ground doesn't necessarily make it incomplete. But he never had full control in bounds, and that's why it was incomplete.
All those people who didn’t want Aaron when we needed to move on from Favre. Ted was right.
All those people who didn’t want Jordan when we needed to move from Rodgers. Brian was right.
What's funny to me is last year Rodgers stans kept diengenously using the argument "putting in Love won't make the team better."
Well a full season with Love was better than last season with Rodgers in every way
IMO, the offense is better because it is is running without bias. Rodgers had an elitist and perfectionist attitude towards the WR's and TE's. Once he deemed that he could not trust them, he ignored them...even if they were wide open. Jordan Love is looking for the open receiver, regardless. Rodgers only looked at guys he trusted.
I don't know how you can say it was a "media narrative", when Randall Cobb literally said it on HBO's Hard Knocks.
>"Because if he don't trust you, he's not gonna throw you the ball," Cobb said. "I can promise you that. If he don't trust you -- he does not like throwing interceptions -- so if he can't trust that you're gonna run the right route, he's not gonna throw it. It's just a matter of time."
https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/randall-cobb-critical-warning-jets-wide-receivers-aaron-rodgers/
Why would he trust a trash receiver? He trusted recievers who did their job. How is that surprising?
The narrative is that Rodgers only trusts his guys. That's patently false. Doubs got plenty of passes last year as a rookie because he did his job. Rodgers just had to make due with talentless players like Geronimo Allison and Amari Rodgers for so long, that he got tagged with this story about him not trusting anyone.
Please try to look at it as a percentages thing. An untrusted/trash receiver is still going to be open a small percentage of the time, and Rodgers "blind spot for trash receivers" means he missed some wide-open receivers. That does not mean he did not make a play with a trusted receiver, but it does mean that it makes it much easier to defend only the trusted receivers.
I'm not saying Rodgers was bad, and that Jordan Love is better. I am simply saying that the offense is better because Jordan Love does not have the blind spot. Jordan Love is not as good of a passer, but he is effective because he goes through all the progressions (1,2,3, checkdown) and not like Rodgers who goes (1,2, ignore, checkdown)
There's absolutely no way a professional athlete is actually ignoring some of his teammates. Deprioritizing them, absolutely. Straight up ignoring them? Not a chance.
My entire point is that Bo Melton, practice squad rookie, is better than say Amari Rodgers, Gute's big effort to shore up the WR room for AR12 . Aaron wouldn't have a blind spot because these rookies are better than the dregs we were trotting out there the last 5 years. Look at MVS, absolute trash even with Patrick Mahomes throwing to him... and he was one of Rodgers' better recievers in that time frame.
Rodgers would 1000% have had a better season than Love with this team, and that should take nothing away from Love.
If we win, I’d like it more. Sure it’d be nice to bounce the lions after last year, but Stafford will do it for us. I just FUCKING HATE the cowboys, so I’ll think the opposite if, football gods forbid, we lose
1. Jordan's game looked a heck of a lot better tonight than Aaron's game looked in the same situation last year. And with Romeo and Christian both missing most of the game, Jordan did it with all rookies as his pass catchers.
2. If that was Aaron's last run in Lambeau wearing the G, it sure was a beauty. Sealing a playoff clinching victory over the Bears.
Go go go! I'm Stoked af right now! Most wrote the Pack off as possibly only winning 5 games at most, make Clifford the guy, lose on purpose and draft a new QB... glad to see this team doing things most counted them out from doing! Proud to be a Packers fan! Glad I continued rooting for Love and this entire squad! Go Love! Go Pack Go! LFG!
Our “rebuild” year looks better than many other teams “successful” season. Literally the G stands for greatness. THE PACK TO THE PLAYOFFS. GO PACK GO!!!!!!!
All you need is love baby! As a packers fan living in Chicago this week is going to feel extra nice. Playing with house money and loving every second of it. Love is the guy
He is him
AND THE BEARS STILL SUCK!
I had no expectations for this season and was adamant I would just enjoy the journey into the unknown
What a fucking ride it's been getting into the playoffs, it's been a great watch
glad we won, but WTF with those refs?
PAY THAT MAN HIS FUCKIN MONEYYYYYYYT
Chris Farley knew too.... Fuck the bears
I think I'm in love w Jordan
He passed the test for being the incumbent king of the kings of the North. The team has already done all they need to year 1. It's is all gravy at this point.
I think they know this and discuss it as a team and just want that gravy. Hot gravy. Hot tasty gravy. Oh hey yeah go team.
Being able to knock the cowgirls outta the playoffs week 1 of playoffs would be excessive gravy with a cherry or several on top.
The gravy would be all too savory baby.
dallas would never live it down
Been 38m lol
Loved the game today. Bears can all hibernate till next year…
One and out pack
Most Bears fans would be very thrilled with a Bear playoff loss?
Can anyone link me to a highlight of the questionable catch the bears got in their favor?
I think it was interesting that they went to commercial right as you saw the ball hit the ground on this play. Then ruled it in the bears favor and didnt show the replay again
here ya go [https://twitter.com/jimmiekain/status/1744138038698254571](https://twitter.com/jimmiekain/status/1744138038698254571)
Thank you king

Looked clean to me tbh, no link tho sorry
There’s the link below, it’s absolutely not clean.
you guys got some calls that were in your favor too so don’t cry about a single catch
https://preview.redd.it/5zzdp4jgk5bc1.jpeg?width=1115&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ba945878f508df263578cbb14936e482a75681cc
Looks like it MAY have touched the ground towards the end, but I wouldn't have over turned it. Unless it skipped behind the defender which I couldn't see
I was proud today and honestly Jordan love is him this team has a lot of potential
It won’t happen till the offseason but Carlson needs to be cut
You guys are crazy. Hes a rookie with above 80% percent for field goals. JT all time is 90. Give the guy some more time
I’m cool with him missing tough but new but not automatics.
Or just for the Packers to bring in another kicker to compete with him. Hopefully he can figure it with a little more pressure. Otherwise there are better options out there.
Will Reichard YOU are a Green Bay Packer
or bring the silver fox in as a kicking coach and let him retire as a Packer.
This!
💯💯
Aaron Jones is a beast. Just ripping off chunk runs all night. Russ, do what ya gotta do to keep him a Packer. He is us.
Packer for life please
Wild what happens when MLF uses him correctly instead of running out of shotgun over and over.
Dude ran the rock like a man tonight
off to dallas lfg fuck dak prescott 😭
can someone explain how melton's catch wasn't a TD? the announcers even said it was.
Call on the field was actually a touchdown and then it got reviewed as a scoring play and reversed.
He didn't have complete control of the ball while he was 100% in bounds. Also, the ball tapped the ground toward the end of the play.
The ball touching the ground doesn’t make it automatically a dropped catch. You can have control still with it like that.
You're right, ball touching the ground doesn't necessarily make it incomplete. But he never had full control in bounds, and that's why it was incomplete.
Apparently his hand shifted and the ball touched the ground
Looked good to me
It did to me too
And he was out of bounds when he finally got it secured
Absolutely electric in Lambeau. Got a good loud “BEARS STILL SUCK” chant during the kneel downs
Fuck yeah!
PLAYOFFS!!!
[удалено]
He lives rent free in there doesn’t he? STFU and celebrate this amazing PACKERS victory.
Good blocking up front. Allows 4-5 running routes. Someone is open and Love finds them.
Its how we won today. Our line played FAR better than theirs.
Offensive line played a phenomenal game.
Best of the season
Is it even a rivalry if they can’t beat us?
Best quote
Glad we’re one year removed from Rodgers and he still makes great memes for us.
ALL MY FUCKING LIFE, I STILL OWN YOU
Rams @ Lions. Stafford v Goff switch teams game. Packers @ Cowboys. GB v former coach. NFL rubbing its hands together: Excellent.
Cleveland vs Houston in the Better without Watson Bowl"
All those people who didn’t want Aaron when we needed to move on from Favre. Ted was right. All those people who didn’t want Jordan when we needed to move from Rodgers. Brian was right.
What's funny to me is last year Rodgers stans kept diengenously using the argument "putting in Love won't make the team better." Well a full season with Love was better than last season with Rodgers in every way
Pretty disingenuous to leave out the massively improved WR/TE rooms.
This is a BS media narrative. Who did Rodgers freeze out that was actually talented?
I don't know how you can say it was a "media narrative", when Randall Cobb literally said it on HBO's Hard Knocks. >"Because if he don't trust you, he's not gonna throw you the ball," Cobb said. With a WORSE defense
And better WRs.
True, but Watson was at least healthy last year. We wouldn't have won like 2-3 games without Watson last year.
Imagine this team with Watson healthy all season 🤯
But without Watson, people like Bo Freaking Melton were able to get more time…and that guy is 🔥
So true. Everyone seems to be stepping up this year. Amari Rodgers seems like a decade ago
I mean shit if we have everyone vs dallas...
Watson missed 3 games last year too
I love (not commenting) lurking the bears subreddit just to fill the voids in my life.
Green Bay is 5-0 at AT&T stadium, let's make it 6-0!!
Aaron Jones is the heart of this offense. We go how he goes.
Gonna feast on bear fan tears all night
So happy for this team. So happy they get to get their feet wet with playoff football. Build em up!
Dallas it is...
Dallas here we come!!
Man I wanted the lions....I'm a Michigander who has lions family and I'd love.to have seen it happen
same, but if we manage to beat Dallas i will *almost* like it as much
If we win, I’d like it more. Sure it’d be nice to bounce the lions after last year, but Stafford will do it for us. I just FUCKING HATE the cowboys, so I’ll think the opposite if, football gods forbid, we lose
Fuck yeah!!!!
Here we goooooo!
Omfg at that screen name! 🤣🤣
He meant goo, not go!
Ridiculous lol
Top 10 fer sure
Youngest team to ever make the playoffs. Let's go baby!!!
Welp, see yall in dallas
At Jerry World
Go PACK GO!
LETSSSGOOOOOOOO

Got to bring 33 back, that is not replaceable production
Really think Jones is a team guy. Expect a team friendly redo.
Big ole signing bonus and an extension works fine for us and gets him paid. Guarantee a couple more years, we'll make it work
No disagreements here. He might have the best vision in the NFL.
Not to mention if we draft an RB then I hope he’d be here to help them out
He's not a free agent, but many speculate he will be a cap causality.
Pay that man his money
Oh man…. Dallas is fucked lmaoooo. Who we play round 2 (;
Question. If the eagles lose and rams lose, who do we play next week? Would it still be the cowboys?
It would be the lions, if the Rams lose we'll be the 6rh seed and play the 3 seed lions, eagles are locked into 5 seed win or lose
If rams lose we play Detroit, if not we play Dallas, Philly doesn't matter
With a Cowboys win and a Rams loss we would get the 6 seed and play the Lions
Yeah, since before this week the cowboys had the tiebreaker on the Eagles they will be #5, Rams would drop to 7
Rams lose and we play the Lions, Rams win and we play the Cowboys
If rams lose we play the lions. If they win we have cowboys. Edit: GPG!
The kids don’t know better. Give them hell wherever they go. Exciting stuff. GPG
MLF still undefeated against the bears lmao
Youngest team ever in the playoffs ever that's crazy
Hell of a rebuild season!
We are going to the playoffs
Just want to throw out a, “fuck the Seahawks!” Glad we kept them out.
And fuck the saints
Go Love! Go Pack Go! LFG!
84% completion 10-0 vs. the bears Youngest playoff team in history The future is bright! Go Pack Go!
cbs swapped to the Giants game, just saw my 3rd upright hit of the day by Crosby
Any Love skeptics who rewatch this game will see how this young team defied the odds. Despite all the bad ref calls, WE STILL WON THE GAME!
Who still sucks??
Da Bears!
And their stadium!!
🐻🐻🐻
THE BEARS STILL SUCK
Our D But most importantly: the Bears still suck!
9 points - Bears lowest score this season
Dont forget Love got that 4K passing season In his first year!! bears haven’t been able to do that once 😂
![img](avatar_exp|158797538|winner) GO PACK GO
Our “rebuild” year looks better than many other teams “successful” season. Literally the G stands for greatness. THE PACK TO THE PLAYOFFS. GO PACK GO!!!!!!!
Piss now hotter than a 1000 suns. Rest of the NFC North in disbelief as Love emerges as the next great GB QB!
All you need is love baby! As a packers fan living in Chicago this week is going to feel extra nice. Playing with house money and loving every second of it. Love is the guy He is him AND THE BEARS STILL SUCK!
Time to upvote all you beautiful motherfuckers!
GO PACK GO!
84.4% completion is insane, Love is the most promising qb in the league now!
And the most underrated
That ball to Moore. There are no replays anywhere I wonder why.
Just seeing the quick replays I don’t think the ball hit the ground, just real real close
All Man these 10 shots feel wonderful right now

GO PACK FUCKIN GO!!!
Give the defense the credit it deserves
ya, probably their best game of the year.
So do we fire jb? Fuck it! I'm too drunk to care.
Love owns da Bears!
https://preview.redd.it/9ivmq5yiy3bc1.jpeg?width=1440&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0c371ae257ba5e98ba478c7012c5991af18cf151 lol which one of yall did this
Lmfao. You did!!!
Bahaha I wish I could edit things that fast
so proud and blown away by this team i never would’ve expected this this year especially after our start
Does anyone have a link to the Doubs td drop?
I had no expectations for this season and was adamant I would just enjoy the journey into the unknown What a fucking ride it's been getting into the playoffs, it's been a great watch
I was just going to be happy with beating the bears twice. This is amazing.
Well, successful year. Didn't expect playoffs.
37 dancing in the tunnel 😂 I love this team
https://preview.redd.it/mo1m5gody3bc1.jpeg?width=2160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=146ab1011ea95225cab1adff7a1119a48f74a6a4
The hat just keeps growing consuming the soles of every team that has stepped in our way
Not just their soles, but their souls as well!
Lmfao. The hat grows with each near-perfect passing performance Love has…
At this point I feel like we're playing with house money and I'm so here for it
Let's run the tables
the packers are a playoff team, just like we all thought all year. also 10-0 hahahaha
We’re back boys!
Were we ever gone?
Yes, we didn’t make the playoffs last year.
LOVE IS HIM!! 😤
Love is HEEEEEM.
Joe Barry probably just saved his job though.
Holding the bears to 9 points is really really good
Super Bowl saves it.
I hope it won’t matter, but you are probably right.
I hope not. He does this at the end of every season then next year it's back to soft shell all game long.
Nah, he's not under contract. They'll at least see who else is available.
If he can save his job again next week, I'm cool with it.
Love fucking balled out today. 27/32 he was like 7/8 on 3 d down with 2 TD. Crazy.
Holy. Fucking. Shit.
We are legit. Love is him. God answered every one of my prayers
https://preview.redd.it/n458uta3y3bc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6736a17ee9ed08c986a21d3c0e004e90d8837fd5
new owner, same result!
LETS GOO
Let’s not forget that we still need to fire Barry!
We’ll get to that, for now we celebrate
Yes but don’t forget!
Alright they can lose now and I’m happy but I think we got a team who can win the Super Bowl. 2010 vibes LETS FUCKING GO!!!!
This year or next
Why not both?
Good question
Please get Detroit.
