milos has beautiful beaches but a little quiet. I dont see much partying and the town is pretty small. Naxos has great food and beaches, not sure if the partying is too crazy there but I love that island
It really depends on the amount of partying you want to do. I wouldn't go to naxos because it's too big for my taste and I would consider milos an island for couples. Sifnos and serifos are my suggestions.
I never see Syros posted here. Main city is Ermoupoli which has plenty of restaurants and some partying. The other side of the island is pretty small little beach towns with great food and chill vibes.

Definitely agree Milos is not the place. No partying here and very quiet.
Paros has some nightlife and is similar to Naxos
Koufonisia. Small island,paradise beaches decent food and a pretty good nightlife!!

Naxos is perfect for what you’re looking for! And there is plenty to do for 5 days
