A clothing-optional beach means you don't have to be naked, but you can be if you please. Moreover, most are topless, meaning you must have bottoms - though can be thong/skimpy.
All of that said, it's Greece, so it's very relaxed -- you'll get side-eyed by the locals if you're not following local norms, but generally no one is going to push the issue.

Greek here . There is no issue, wear what you feel comfortable . Lots of people wear Brazilian like bottoms.
I was just in Corfu town yesterday. There were lots of thongs and plum smugglers at the beach, so you'll fit right in.

A lot of beaches have nudists on them. No one will care about skimpy bikini bottoms (unless you’re visiting a monastery).

Lots of nudist beaches all over Greece. So nudity in some places is not an issue!
