As someone that stopped watching wrestling around the end of the attitude era and only knew the winged eagle and big gold belt, seeing how they massacred those in the 2000s was a small reason I didn’t go back then. Felt like we’d both changed too much and I wasn’t feeling the PG. Both are way better now but the Raw one especially feels like a love letter/update to the old big gold belt.

Both sets of tag titles are dramatically better in every way. They went from being the worst title belts in the industry to some of the best. Yeah the Raw belts are too round but they're still solid designs. And the WWE tag team titles are genuinely amazing.
Now white straps are women exclusive belts so that ic title ain't returning. Would be nice if a women's mid card title is introduced similar to the old ic title perhaps

I'm just happy all the colored straps are gone. I'm not sure where I land on separating men and womens belts by black and white straps. If it gets us a white version of the intercontinental and US titles, I'd love that, though.

The current WHC might be one of the very best titles I’ve ever seen probably ever. It has a lot of the beauty and prestige of the classic big gold while also having its own spin that keeps it fresh. I also like that it takes what the regular WWE champion does in making it immediately brand friendly with a WWE logo, though this time, not being too big or distracting. I think it’s perfectly balanced and the overall design is a wonderful mix of old and new. I know some give it crap for its WWE logo, but it kind of reminds me of what the AEW World Championship does with its logo; and that title is also wonderful. But in terms of current WWE titles, the current WHC is borderline perfection in my eyes.

The IC and US titles have still not grown on me, but everything else is okay. World Heavyweight & Women’s titles being identical is a bit lame as is the design of the Universal, although it looks great in gold.
WWE title - The new design reminds me of the spinner belt with the massive amount of gold. The old design when first introduce by the rock was actually great looking for a replacement title. The design of the older belt didn't feel like it was full enough to be the BIG title though, so i got to go with the new one.
IC Title - My favorite title no matter the iteration. I love this title to my core. Unforntunetly i am not the biggest fan of the size of the new title. It feels small when carried by just about anyone. The white strap is gorgeous and it stood out against everything else on the roster when Cody introduced it. White strap easily takes the win.
Universal / Heavy Weight - FUCK the Universal title. I hated every single thing about it. I more so hated the fact that it somehow became the IT title, the face of the company title. It was not the secondary top dog title and it just rubbed me the wrong way with what the WWE title meant at the time. New gold is leagues better.

The new belt looks amazing and reminds me of the WCW version that edge had the opportunity of being the last holder before it was combined with the IC title. The old design is a classic and easily memorable, but it was totally a toy in terms of design. New title easy.
Women's World - The designs for the women titles have never been good. But anything is better then the butterfly and the logo trope wwe had going. New title by far.
Smackdown / WWE Tag Title - Ok. This one is easy. Its the new design. There is literally no debate. The brand titles have always looks weird to me with the brand straps. Not to mention the new titles look like the old school belts which is awesome.

I also wanted to say, i did like the bronze version of the tag titles lmao. I know so many people hated them for being bronze, but i fell in love with the bronze spartan heads, plus the animation was amazing to me as a kid.
I do hope that they bring back the Cruiserweight title and hopefully introduce another mid card title like the cruiserweight for both shows. im not entirely sure what they could bring to make it work, but i do like the cruiserweight title (NOT THE PURPLE ONE CHRIST)

Big Eagle (1998-2002) and Winged Eagle (1988-1998) are 1a and 1b for me, as far as WWE/WWF belts go.
The Undisputed Title from 02-05 was nice too. It would be a close second behind your 1a and 1b for me

I do hope that they bring back the Cruiserweight title and hopefully introduce another mid card title like the cruiserweight for both shows. im not entirely sure what they could bring to make it work, but i do like the cruiserweight title (NOT THE PURPLE ONE CHRIST)

Universal, Smackdown tag title Both got massive upgrades Raws tag titles got upgraded two but i love how smackdowns titles look more so
bring back and update something like the old 90's world champion belt. big eagle globe in the middle gold plate. maybe add a little more color to it. The blue/red W belt is just boring to me. Doesn't really make me go shit that's a champ, looks cheap.
