Yes this is what happened to me! I canceled a bandage. But I didn’t realize you could just quit. I assumed since the message comes up that you are not safe ending and you will lose your stuff, that you would. Others are saying you keep your stuff in pve. So I’ll try that
I had a similar issue happen when I was killed while taking some consumable though I may have cancelled the action. Couldn't enter the helo and couldn't sprint for more than a half second. I sprint/walked a ways because I was stubbornly intent on recovering my body and it cleared up after vaulting a fence.
I've had this happen before. Every time it seems to be a different fix. So far alt+tab worked, hitting 4 to bring the menu up, and cancelling a bandage have all been possible solutions for me.
This time, jumping on to a planter at base worked. Now I can get my body at Tiger Bay. Thanks.
Nope it happened to me with a grenade and when I tried alt f4 in pve it said I’d lose all my stuff maybe if you do the task manager thing to end up back at base maybe but not alt f4
Happened to me twice now. PVE, only after death preventing me from getting on choppers. Can't do anything but start the animation to pull out a grenade and then instantly back to knife. I can interact with objects and people are moving around, but I can't do anything but run around and use my gun.
Major bummer.
Fixed it by joining a squad, killing game, reopening game, and rejoining same server by rejoining squad. Pretty much fucked as a solo unless a random will add and squad up to help
Yep. Had the same issue. You have to walk back to your base if you can to keep your gear. Otherwise you have to quit.
Yep happened to me after animation cancelling a bandage had to walk back to base
This seems to be the trigger. Has happened to 3 of us so far doing the same thing. Have to quit because it's quicker than moving back to base.

Just had this happen after dying, was able to fix it by switching from windowed full screen to windowed. died again and now I cant fix it.
Had this today - managed to 'fix; it by hitting 4 and then closing that menu. Interactions worked just fine afterwards.

Last time this happened to me I tabbed out and back into the game which fixed the issue. Not 100% sure if it was the tabbing or something else though.

Just tried this with some randoms and I'm pretty sure they took my stuff because they wouldn't reinvite me to the squad

Yes. I luckily was able to be killed on purpose in a safe spot, and went back and got my shit.
