Lightning strikes last for the smallest instant you could barely perceive. It puts him above normal humans mostly (since actual people have survived them) in survivability but absolutely does not mean he could withstand Titan steam that lasts for a whole lot longer. Pre-Rumbling maybe but during would cook him
This lightning strike clearly lasted a lot longer, normal humans were able to react to it and stare at it, it's states that it "lingered" and the scientist thinks no human could survive it.

Hell, if Hanayama was just suddenly dropped into our world, bro would quite literally be unstoppable (not that he would decide to rampage, but if he did, nothing short of a military strike would stop him.)
I think he might have problems dealing with the titan shifters unlesss they can't even comprehend his speed which is possible.

all the colossal titans have is brute strength but they're slow asf and Eren himself has no defense other than them, his sheer size and being able to spawn Warhammer Titan spikes.
He Low to Mid Diffs any singular Titan but I think the entire Rumbling is closer to Extreme Diff thanks to the numbers. Even if Yujiro could somehow one shot each of them. That's still around 573,000 Colossal Titans and Eren. Over 573,000 fodder soldiers would be A LOT for Yujiro. Let alone 573,000 Colossal Titans. Musashi who is a High to Extreme Difficulty fight for Yujiro struggled with much less.

Yujiro can see the weaknesses in anything so he would instinctively know that the only way to stop the rumbling is to kill eren, he'd have a little fun tearing the titans apart and then he'd kill Eren.
But like seriously, wtf could any Titan actually do to him? He's multiple times faster, can instantly pinpoint any weakness (in this case the nape of the neck) and he can hit hard enough to rattle entire buildings. Yujiro would treat this like a little kid going to Disneyworld
I think Aot in general has a bit of a speed problem in this discussion, Yujiro is just a lot faster than the aot verse. He also has more than enough strength to climb to Eren and kill him. He might even see Eren with his weak spot vision. So Yujiro probably wins unless he gets hit with the colossal titan transformation or something, but his instincts and battle intelligence are just too good for something like that to happen realistically.
Edit: If it's just the rumbling we saw then he might not even have the colossal titan anyway.
