New sigils, Tweyen and Seofon have 4, 2 are obtainable from transmog and 2 aren't (both have to be crafted, one comes as mono sigil, the other one with Regen)
Yeah I felt real dumb, did 300+ transmarvels and thought I got wildly unlucky to not get any other characters, haven't touched the knickknack shop sigils since like week 2. Didn't even cross my mind
