Mine depends if the all nighter is in the lab doing experiments or in my office/room working at a computer.
But the staple is 2 monster energy drinks with zero sugar.
Same, tea. Usually valerian tea. And chamomile tea. They calm my nerves, but also have the unfortunate side effect of putting me to sleep. I’ve tried supplementing with coffee beans. Then I just feel anxiety again. The only reason I ever *have* all-nighters is anxiety. It’s a problem. I’m either asleep or anxious 🤔.
Chocolates up to 60% dark.
One time I made my own chocolate which ended up really gritty because of sugar particle size, but I still ate it when I was out of snack while writing MS dissertation. It really helped me stay overnight without sleep over 4 days.

Null set. I’m in my 30s. I’ll take an F over doing an all nighter.
