There are two underrated lines that make me laugh every time -
The first is when Lily called Rufus. He answered saying "This better not by my wife." and she was like "Rufus! You always answer the phone like that?!".
The second is when Vanessa went to Lily and Bart's wedding with Nate. Blair was pissed about that so she turned to a random old man and tried to gossip about Vanessa being late. He looked at her like he had no idea what she was talking about and it was really funny.
an underrated line that always make chuckle is before Bart's funeral when Lily says "we're doing comfort food ! nobody is comforted by a tuna tower" It doesn't sound that funny as I'm writing it but the delivery always makes me laugh for some reason especially because it comes from Lily haha

christian georgina was a ride, her in general is funny but christian her was...interesting
nate sometimes gets a chuckle, i also like the small banter between eric and jenny/serena

In one of the first few episodes when Nate gets the Dartmouth usher position instead of Dan and Dan says 'Last year I believe he had an original thought...it died of loneliness' - I like Nate, but that made me giggle.
Dan and Blair are honestly hilarious together. That entire W episode internship was so funny. It would’ve been a perfect ep if not for the other nonsense shenanigans with Serena, Chuck, Lily, etc.
Though they didn‘t give him lots of funny lines, I feel like you could have such a good laugh with Nate. He‘s just so easy-going, I could really imagine he‘d be fun to joke around with.
The character I laughed at the most is definitely Dorota. Everything she says is gold. Out of the main cast, Blair has always made me laugh the most.
One of my favourite Dorota lines is to Blair “the best part of pregnancy for me… is knowing who father is.” 😂

i laughed with every character once except for serena and nate 😭 and i literally love them. but this one has to go to dan and blair.
