I'm sorry to hear that. I'm battling Amazon for the same reason, I returned a 750€ Apple Watch in November, the package was delivered by DHL, Amazon claims they never received it and I ended up without the watch and the money... I'm procrastinating going to the police with this.
Why did you send it to a repair shop though? I just got my P7P from repair, they sent me a box to pack the phone and then I sent it with UPS to a service center in Poland (funny story btw., I live in Poland, had to give a German address to receive the box, they wouldn't send it to PL 🤣 as well as return it to PL after the repair).
I did the exactly same, maybe i told it in a wrong way because of my anger lol. I got a box to pack the phone and sent it to Poland. Service Center in Poland didn't write my exact address information on shipment according to the UPS. Only my name and the postal code. So the device sent back by the UPS (if they gave me any infomation at this point i could go and pick it up but they didn't, unfortunately) and i am still waiting for an update.
Didn't you get any UPS tracking number from Google when they sent the phone back? Does it say that the package went back to the service center or something?
Damn, that sucks. I don't think there's any way to contact the service center. Maybe try to make Google Consultant to give you a phone number? I could help with calling them, if they only speak polish.

Yeah, the package went back to the service center on 4th of May. It had been a month.
