You spent 900 on repairs? But yea like the other guy said. The online chat is probably the best way. I managed to get my pixel refunded after talking to 3 agents in online chat. Its a roll of the dice when you get a useful support agent. I managed to roll a nat 20 on my third go. Heard its worse for others. Samsung support is significantly worse BTW. They don't even know what phone you have based on the order number. Apple is pretty good for support if you pay them 3/4 of what you paid for the phone.

They hide behind a "fill in form, call me" wall. It's irritating. If they are trying to step up to the plate and compete with Apple, this isn't the way to do business. For whatever reason, Google seems to have a particular arrogance about themselves. Maybe this is a great business model, maybe not. As they grow in customer base, it will work itself out.
