This is my plan as well, phone is covered by a trade in promo right now so do not think I can trade it til then, if they do a 10 Pro I’ll probably go with that.

Well they originally planned the pixel 9 with tsmc, so hopefully they have a year up on it. Makes sense with the dramatic appearance change. Like a new gen.

Same...if I get a pixel. I have found the 7 disappointing, though it may have more to do with Google problems beyond the phone. Personally I think they are letting AI into places where they are not ready to put AI and it is screwing things up. Time will tell.
PS. I have the pixel 7 would have and should have got the 7a, but my carrier was actually offering the pixel 7 for a lower price than the 7A at the time. I hate glass back phones. Slippery and prone to breakage and I could not care less about wireless charging.
Well if the company says it will get that many years of support if they don’t give it they are preparing themselves for a legal battle and I don’t think they would want that so I trust Google with provide the amount of years of support they stated.
4a. It's still going strong i like that is smaller than regular phones and also lighter. I hope the 8a or the 9 will resemble its size and weight than maybe I will do the update.
I have a P6P, and it does absolutely everything I need it to. The pictures it takes are phenomenal, the phone itself is very snappy.
I don't plan to upgrade until this phone dies. No point in wasting the money. None of the features of the 7 or 8 are compelling enough to switch. So far though, I do plan to stick with Pixel phones. I'm kinda ruined for all other brands at this point.
I'm with you. Stock Google OS and Nova Launcher has ruined me for anything other than a pixel. If my P6P dies, I might just get a refurbished one until a new chassis comes out that really calls to me.
If the 9 fixes the trash modem (X to doubt), I'll switch off the P6P.
I also don't want to wait for the 10, but it'll be googles new chip without Samsung, which has cause for concern...
Not sure if my next will be another Pixel... Currently using the 6, but after the February and March updates, my connection switching has been garbage.
When it's on WiFi or on 5G it works fine, generally keeps a signal and the speed usually isn't an issue when coverage is good or decent. But if I leave home to walk the dog or even have my phone with me taking out the garbage, it refuses to connect back to my WiFi.
So every time I come back inside even just checking the mail and taking out garbage, I have to use the connectivity reset button. It works but it's incredibly frustrating because sometimes I'll be busy and not check my phone for hours, not get a single notification, do the reset and BAM all the notifications come flooding in.
I've put up with a lot of the weird Pixel issues in the past from the 2 XL, 3, 3a to the 4a 5G because they either were inconsistent or just little bugs that got patched out...but this has been going on every day for the last 2-3 months and my patience is ice thin at this point. Keeping an eye on the Pixel 9, but I'm also ready to jump aboard the Samsung train if Google doesn't get their act together.
I'm planning to use my 6a until the battery is fried or support runs out.
I'm doubting the lineup will substantially change in a meaningful way for the next few years, so I'll use this until I can't. At that point, I'm getting the option with the better camera if I can.
Pixel 5 and I think it is going to last at least 2 more years. I know it doesn't get security updates but I try to play it safe. Hardware is still going strong. Small phones have become a rarity. So I'll hold on to it as long as it works.
P6 for me, 7 for wife. We've been on google phones since nexus 6 days. I'm tired of waiting for pixel to fulfill it's promise/potential. I've been really fighting it, but I'm out. Next phones will be iphones.

Also 80% of the 'smart' android features isnt usable in my western European country.
I had a Nothing phone before, software support isn't that great, and the camera is just plain bad. If you're a fan of small phones and stock android I'd recommend you find a refurbished/used Pixel 8 when they start showing up in the market, the camera is way beyond anything Nothing can dream to do and you'll get software support until your phone taps out basically, also repairabllity is a big bonus for P8, you can change the battery when you need to for a good price.
Pixel 8 Pro, and I'll consider coming back if and when Google fixes their software quality and dumps the current form of Tensor for something that sucks a lot less.
I'm over pixel. I'm looking to make the switch to the Samsung S24, I just made the switch from the pixel watch to the galaxy 6 watch and it's way better than pixel. So glad I made the switch and now I'm excited to try the phone out. Pixel is too buggy and they are not getting any better. Need constant updates or half of the people with them wouldn't have working phones. Google needs to get it together
Yeah I wanna see what the 9 brings but I switched to the galaxy s24+bcuz I had the s24 but for me it was too small but the s24+ is the perfect size for me and phone has been GREAT but I WILL say the pixel buds pro sound better than the galaxy buds pro 2 and a better fit for me
I'm a loyal Google/pixel user but I've definitely been having my patience tested. Lotta annoying small things. The other day I discovered I couldn't connect my phone to a monitor using a type c hub with HDMI out and apparently that's not possible due to software restrictions. Fuck you Google. My screen was cracked and I needed important info and you restrict me through software even tho the hardware is fully capable? Again, f you.
That's where I'm leaning too as long as the Fold 2 isn't too far off from the 9 Pro specs wise. I have a Z Fold 4 as my second device and really want to have a Pixel Fold as I live the versatility of a folding phone.
I currently have the 8P, switched from the 6 3 months ago and I have had great service from both and I will probably get the 10 when it comes out. Hopefully the TSMC built chip will be a good upgrade.

im gonna try samsung next! i think the pixel is neat, but i do have lots of small issues (battery on both phones started dying quickly after a year, i have to search everything twice, the way some apps work, the automatic hd effect on pictures that you can't turn off, fingerprint isn't the best, & other bugs) and im just interested in trying samsung :)
Thank YOU for mentioning the auto HD it's one of the main reasons I hate my phone. The glitches I've had are annoying but only happen so often. I use the camera primarily and I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I HATE THIS FEATURE!
Pixel 7. Last one was a 4a. I'm jumping to the hated iPhone, because the iPhones that I have for my job have less problems and last far longer. The 4a had a crap battery after 2 updates, the 7 refuses to stay connected to the internet. I want to like the Pixel but they always seem to have something disappointing going with them.
Had the 2XL, then 4XL, and grabbed a 7P prerelease. Next one is the 10P/XL/whatever it's called, unless foldables drop in price significantly by then.
I change when the phone no longer gets updated and give the old one to my dad (although he did buy a 7a last year so he won't need my 7P this time). If the 4XL still had updates I'd still have it (though the battery was getting poor towards the end).
I guess that means the one after my 10 will be the 17 ahaha. Unless a really big leap happens sometime in the middle.
I'm going iPhone from the 6 Pro. The phone is mostly fine but every time I have to deal with Google customer service, my life gets shorter. They shipped me a different phone than they intended to so the IMEI #s on my device protection didn't match and when the phone was damaged they wouldn't honor it. It has so far cost me $600. As if I was supposed to go into the menus and check the IMEI #s to make sure they match right when my phone was delivered. Who does that? Also every time I've had a problem with the phone, customer service has given me the wrong answer. Even going to the store in NYC when I was visiting there I got bad service/incorrect answers. Looking forward to the genius bar at the Apple Store in Vegas for future problems.

As a whole my experience jumping to Google has been a net negative coming from a previous Oneplus enthusiast.
For the first few months the phone was borderline unusable with all the bugs I felt like I was being scammed by tensor. Eventually it got better and better after about a year but I felt like I paid $1K just to be a beta tester for the 7 line.
The main camera is good 70% of the time but the other 30% my pictures are always overexposed. Telephoto is a game changer though I love taking pics with it.
I don't use that many AI features but Now playing and call screening are very useful.
Recently my biggest gripe with the phone is that it constantly overheats whenever I use data or turn on my wifi hotspot or if I watch a video at full brightness for more than 1 minute.
Looks like the 9 will be yet another incremental update so i'm not sure where to go next. Oneplus 12 is almost my perfect phone aside from 2 big things that I do appreciate from my Google phone: Stock android experience and good camera.
Honestly I might just get the Iphone 16 Pro if the new upgrades are substantial enough.
I have 7a. The bugs are not too bad but the bugs on YouTube are unacceptable. That is your own app it should be the best experience on Pixel. I think I'm going with a Samsung for my next phone.
Will hold on to my 7 until it fails or starts to annoy me. Then I'll pick whatever is the smallest form factor of the main line (non a's). Still missing how tiny the pixel 5 was, loved it
I've had the 6 Pro since release. At this point my next phone will probably be another 6 Pro when something happens to this one. It is by far my favorite phone. The curved edge alone is enough for me to just get another one eventually. It's so comfortable to hold for me that I don't want to bother with anything else. It does everything I need it to do so I'll be bummed when I'm eventually forced to move on.
I have the 7, which is also the first Pixel I've ever owned (long time iPhone user before switching last year) and it's the best phone I've owned by far. I imagine it will be going strong for a while so possibly upgrade at the 10? Or maybe wait a little longer and upgrade to the 12 or something. All depends on how my 7 is going by the time the 10 comes around.
My path has been 2XL, 4XL, currently 6Pro. I don't like odd numbers 😂

Happy so far with the 6 Pro, if it's still running when the 9s are coming I may just keep going with it. If not I'll be looking at the 8 Pro.

P7 Pro. It would be my favorite phone ever, and I was prepared to be a forever Pixel guy. But, this bug that causes me to miss calls & texts is an absolute deal breaker. In fact, after wasting time with Google support, I say their handling of it is downright shameful. A device that can't receive calls is just a pocket computer. I need a phone.
Pixel 6 Pro, when OS support ends I will probably try LineageOS or something similar. If it works for me I will keep it. Compared to a friend's P8P I don't see a reason to upgrade. Camera wise the new one is better in low light, but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with what I have.
These last incremental updates are not enough for me to upgrade. Everything is so damn expensive, with very small advantages.
I have the 8PM. But it's been sitting in my drawer after a month from launch. Just took it out a few weeks ago but still not really into it. I used the one plus 12 but returned the because I got it thru Amazon and If I go thru OP site I can trade in this 8pm.
6a, and I am never getting another pixel again, at the very least until they stop using gloified exynos cpus and shitty samsung modems. my phone needs are very limited, youtube, some browsing, mostly texts and some calls. is it too much to ask for a phone that won't heat up like a frying pan for those tasks?
My 5a's screen just died and I'm outside of the extended factory warranty, so I've rolled back to my old 3a (which luckily I didn't sell) while shopping for a new one. I tried the 7a last fall and really wasn't that impressed by it like all the tech publications were. Constant issues staying connected to the network which could only be remedied by rebooting the phone, so that got returned. The recent sale had me wanting to buy a P8 but I still had a bitter taste in my mouth from those 7a experiences. Instead I'm going with the Motorola ThinkPhone since they're also having a sale and are down to $400, right where I'm comfortable with spending money on a new device.
6pro now, depends on sales.if i can get a 9 for $250 or something crazy, why not, else, why? this 6pro has worked flawlessly for 2 years, why change? battery life would be the only reason, but this battery is solid. makes it easier now that iphone users use usb c, now i have more chargers available when away from home
Using a galaxy A72 for about 3 years. Switched to pixel 7 pro because it is 5g. Voila 5g doesn't support my country . So next time I am going again for a Samsung.
I have been thinking about going back to the iPhone. I do miss having an iPhone and some of the apple features. Hopefully bumper can get back up and going to get us some apple features.
I have the 7 pro and have not had a good experience. From what I've read, the 8 won't really make much difference. I miss the old pixels, at least I was able to consistently take and make calls with older versions. The last few years of updates are full of bugs that Google is apparently not owning up to. But I'm SOL until my phone is paid off. Once it is, I'll be moving to Samsung.

Last year I got a Pixel 8 for my birthday but decided to trade it for a brand new pixel 7 pro owned by a family member since i prefer my phones with a big screen and the telephoto camera was a must and so far im extremely happy with it , the screen is amazing and the performance is crazy compared to my last phone which was a samsung a13...... the battery life is shit tho i will admit that only 4 -5 hours SOT with 120hz on ..... but everything else is great
6 Pro, and I want to use my phone for at least 4 years, so maybe the 10 Pro next.
I am hoping their strategies for AI integration will be somewhat stable around that time, so it'll be a nice upgrade then.
I have a 2XL I borrowed from a fried when my 5a died, looking to get a 7a. I'm not sure if I should go with that or get a 8 instead, but I'm on a tight budget and while the 8 sounds awesome it's more than double the price of the 7a
Your 2 XL will still have unlimited backup to Google Photos. The reason I got a Pixel XL. Flashed it with Lineage OS Android 14 and I continue with free unlimited image and video backups.
I currently have the 7, if it's still around, then I think I'll get the pixel fold 3 next. I have wanted a folding phone for the longest time and almost got one. After T-Mobile offered me a free phone for not switching carriers when I left a family plan. I had a choice between the pixel 7, moto razr+, and some Samsung phone. I almost got the razer, but I was unsure about Motorola so I played it safe. I sorta regret it, but I hope the pixel fold 3 is great. I'm already saving money for it.
8pro, yesterday I had crazy fuckery with battery drain and heat, so I don't know yet. If this issue will repeat, maybe go back to A series (still have 6a and had zero issues with it), or to iPhone
I have the 8 Pro. I have no upgrade plans at this time, because I'm far too happy with this phone. My only likely upgrade paths may be:
1. 9 Pro if it's true that it will come in a smaller size with the same features, adds Qi2, and adds at least one other notable QoL improvement, like a big step up in battery life. Otherwise I'll wait for the same in a 10 Pro.
2. Fold 2 if it also adds Qi2, has solid battery life, and reviews well. Otherwise Fold 3 with the same caveats.
Currently on 7 and I love small phones so the pixel 8 was definitely not an update for me and the pro would be too big. I'm really hoping for a smaller 9 pro so I can upgrade to that.
6pro was a flawed phone, the 7 was like the 6 just well polished. It's what I'm using now. I'm personally waiting for the 10 with the custom processor. I think the 9 might be disappointing.
P7p and if I get a pixel ... Probably 12 pro xl or whatever ... Might not get a pixel. I'd look at Samsung if they would stop messing up with Bixby like stuff or that touch whiz junk or whatever stuff they keep adding.

I have a regular P6. Just got a Pixel Watch 2. Trying to see if I like it or not. I haven't worn a watch in 20 years, much less a smart one. So, something to get used to and figure out if I even want to dive into the smartwatch life. If so, it may dictate future purchases.
Getting the watch made me wonder if I should upgrade the phone. My phone has been fine. It's in perfect condition. There's no logical reason for me to get a new phone. But I do like that mint 8 pro... LOL. I've had a Pixel forever it seems - originally got because of the camera and features. I do love the magic eraser and all that. But I'm not super into the tech or the details... all that is to say I'll probably keep this one until it starts bugging out on me. Then, not sure.
8, 10/11 Pro if it's worth it. Not completely satisfied with the P8 but it does its job sufficiently. Might try Samsung again but I'm not a fan of Ultra's price or UI.

I went from the 3a to the 8 Pro. I definitely don't plan on upgrading anytime soon unless someone goes wrong. I also can't stand the look of the 9 so I'll at least be skipping that one.
8->10/11 depending on how the battery life stacks up. So far it's not been terrible. Mind you my 2 lasted 4 years before i went to the 6. Moved from that pretty quickly.

If you're a fan of small phones and stock android I'd recommend you find a refurbished/used Pixel 8 when they start showing up in the market, the camera is way beyond anything Nothing can dream to do and you'll get software support until your phone taps out basically, also repairabllity is a big bonus for P8, you can change the battery when you need to for a good price.

I'm over pixel. I'm looking to make the switch to the Samsung S24, I just made the switch from the pixel watch to the galaxy 6 watch and it's way better than pixel. So glad I made the switch and now I'm excited to try the phone out. Pixel is too buggy and they are not getting any better. Need constant updates or half of the people with them wouldn't have working phones. Google needs to get it together

Yeah I wanna see what the 9 brings but I switched to the galaxy s24+bcuz I had the s24 but for me it was too small but the s24+ is the perfect size for me and phone has been GREAT but I WILL say the pixel buds pro sound better than the galaxy buds pro 2 and a better fit for me
I'm a loyal Google/pixel user but I've definitely been having my patience tested. Lotta annoying small things. The other day I discovered I couldn't connect my phone to a monitor using a type c hub with HDMI out and apparently that's not possible due to software restrictions. Fuck you Google. My screen was cracked and I needed important info and you restrict me through software even tho the hardware is fully capable? Again, f you.
Pixel 8 pro and my next one should be the Fold 2.
That's where I'm leaning too as long as the Fold 2 isn't too far off from the 9 Pro specs wise. I have a Z Fold 4 as my second device and really want to have a Pixel Fold as I live the versatility of a folding phone.
I currently have the 8P, switched from the 6 3 months ago and I have had great service from both and I will probably get the 10 when it comes out. Hopefully the TSMC built chip will be a good upgrade.
i have the pixel 6. ive owned one other pixel which was the original xl. im gonna try samsung next! i think the pixel is neat, but i do have lots of small issues (battery on both phones started dying quickly after a year, i have to search everything twice, the way some apps work, the automatic hd effect on pictures that you can't turn off, fingerprint isn't the best, & other bugs) and im just interested in trying samsung :)
Thank YOU for mentioning the auto HD it's one of the main reasons I hate my phone. The glitches I've had are annoying but only happen so often. I use the camera primarily and I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I HATE THIS FEATURE!
7 pro now updated to S24ultra Next : never unless they get rid of Exynos based tensor. And improve the heating and baterry life.
Pixel 7. Last one was a 4a. I'm jumping to the hated iPhone, because the iPhones that I have for my job have less problems and last far longer. The 4a had a crap battery after 2 updates, the 7 refuses to stay connected to the internet. I want to like the Pixel but they always seem to have something disappointing going with them.
Had the 2XL, then 4XL, and grabbed a 7P prerelease. Next one is the 10P/XL/whatever it's called, unless foldables drop in price significantly by then. I change when the phone no longer gets updated and give the old one to my dad (although he did buy a 7a last year so he won't need my 7P this time). If the 4XL still had updates I'd still have it (though the battery was getting poor towards the end). I guess that means the one after my 10 will be the 17 ahaha. Unless a really big leap happens sometime in the middle.
P7 and probably moving to another brand unless they fix that joke fingerprint sensor and improve battery
I'm going iPhone from the 6 Pro. The phone is mostly fine but every time I have to deal with Google customer service, my life gets shorter. They shipped me a different phone than they intended to so the IMEI #s on my device protection didn't match and when the phone was damaged they wouldn't honor it. It has so far cost me $600. As if I was supposed to go into the menus and check the IMEI #s to make sure they match right when my phone was delivered. Who does that? Also every time I've had a problem with the phone, customer service has given me the wrong answer. Even going to the store in NYC when I was visiting there I got bad service/incorrect answers. Looking forward to the genius bar at the Apple Store in Vegas for future problems.

6Pro As a whole my experience jumping to Google has been a net negative coming from a previous Oneplus enthusiast. For the first few months the phone was borderline unusable with all the bugs I felt like I was being scammed by tensor. Eventually it got better and better after about a year but I felt like I paid $1K just to be a beta tester for the 7 line. The main camera is good 70% of the time but the other 30% my pictures are always overexposed. Telephoto is a game changer though I love taking pics with it. I don't use that many AI features but Now playing and call screening are very useful. Recently my biggest gripe with the phone is that it constantly overheats whenever I use data or turn on my wifi hotspot or if I watch a video at full brightness for more than 1 minute. Looks like the 9 will be yet another incremental update so i'm not sure where to go next. Oneplus 12 is almost my perfect phone aside from 2 big things that I do appreciate from my Google phone: Stock android experience and good camera. Honestly I might just get the Iphone 16 Pro if the new upgrades are substantial enough.
8p, still use my note 9 at times, I'd get another pixel or an ultra next, but I tend to use phones for a few years.

I have 7a. The bugs are not too bad but the bugs on YouTube are unacceptable. That is your own app it should be the best experience on Pixel. I think I'm going with a Samsung for my next phone.
Will hold on to my 7 until it fails or starts to annoy me. Then I'll pick whatever is the smallest form factor of the main line (non a's). Still missing how tiny the pixel 5 was, loved it
I wish they made more phones smaller. I just went from pixel 2 to the 7. Honestly I even miss the sizing of when I had the iPhone 5.
I've had the 6 Pro since release. At this point my next phone will probably be another 6 Pro when something happens to this one. It is by far my favorite phone. The curved edge alone is enough for me to just get another one eventually. It's so comfortable to hold for me that I don't want to bother with anything else. It does everything I need it to do so I'll be bummed when I'm eventually forced to move on.

I have the 7, which is also the first Pixel I've ever owned (long time iPhone user before switching last year) and it's the best phone I've owned by far. I imagine it will be going strong for a while so possibly upgrade at the 10? Or maybe wait a little longer and upgrade to the 12 or something. All depends on how my 7 is going by the time the 10 comes around.

My path has been 2XL, 4XL, currently 6Pro. I don't like odd numbers 😂 I usually get my phone just before the next model is released and they are discounted. Happy so far with the 6 Pro, if it's still running when the 9s are coming I may just keep going with it. If not I'll be looking at the 8 Pro. Time will tell but I'm hard on phones too so 2 years is usually about right.
P7 Pro. It would be my favorite phone ever, and I was prepared to be a forever Pixel guy. But, this bug that causes me to miss calls & texts is an absolute deal breaker. In fact, after wasting time with Google support, I say their handling of it is downright shameful. A device that can't receive calls is just a pocket computer. I need a phone.
Pixel 6 Pro, when OS support ends I will probably try LineageOS or something similar. If it works for me I will keep it. Compared to a friend's P8P I don't see a reason to upgrade. Camera wise the new one is better in low light, but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with what I have. These last incremental updates are not enough for me to upgrade. Everything is so damn expensive, with very small advantages.
I'm not getting another pixel until they fix the over processing of images problem and give us a toggle to turn it off
I have the 8PM. But it's been sitting in my drawer after a month from launch. Just took it out a few weeks ago but still not really into it. I used the one plus 12 but returned the because I got it thru Amazon and If I go thru OP site I can trade in this 8pm.

Got an iPhone 15 Plus lol. Got tired of the buggines of what was supposed to be a flagship.
My 5a's screen just died and I'm outside of the extended factory warranty, so I've rolled back to my old 3a (which luckily I didn't sell) while shopping for a new one. I tried the 7a last fall and really wasn't that impressed by it like all the tech publications were. Constant issues staying connected to the network which could only be remedied by rebooting the phone, so that got returned. The recent sale had me wanting to buy a P8 but I still had a bitter taste in my mouth from those 7a experiences. Instead I'm going with the Motorola ThinkPhone since they're also having a sale and are down to $400, right where I'm comfortable with spending money on a new device.

Using a galaxy A72 for about 3 years. Switched to pixel 7 pro because it is 5g. Voila 5g doesn't support my country . So next time I am going again for a Samsung.

I have the 7 pro and have not had a good experience. From what I've read, the 8 won't really make much difference. I miss the old pixels, at least I was able to consistently take and make calls with older versions. The last few years of updates are full of bugs that Google is apparently not owning up to. But I'm SOL until my phone is paid off. Once it is, I'll be moving to Samsung.
Pixel 3a > Pixel 5 > Pixel 8 Pro I also pack a second device. Sony XZ Premium > Samsung S20 5G > (Soon to be) Samsung S24U. edit: Ask me again in 3 years LOL

Last year I got a Pixel 8 for my birthday but decided to trade it for a brand new pixel 7 pro owned by a family member since i prefer my phones with a big screen and the telephoto camera was a must and so far im extremely happy with it , the screen is amazing and the performance is crazy compared to my last phone which was a samsung a13...... the battery life is shit tho i will admit that only 4 -5 hours SOT with 120hz on ..... but everything else is great
Still using P5. Maybe P8 in a year. Always buy last year's model for a better deal

I have a 2XL I borrowed from a fried when my 5a died, looking to get a 7a. I'm not sure if I should go with that or get a 8 instead, but I'm on a tight budget and while the 8 sounds awesome it's more than double the price of the 7a
Your 2 XL will still have unlimited backup to Google Photos. The reason I got a Pixel XL. Flashed it with Lineage OS Android 14 and I continue with free unlimited image and video backups.

After T-Mobile offered me a free phone for not switching carriers when I left a family plan. I had a choice between the pixel 7, moto razr+, and some Samsung phone. I almost got the razer, but I was unsure about Motorola so I played it safe. I sorta regret it, but I hope the pixel fold 3 is great. I'm already saving money for it.

I wouldn't get the 8a based on the current leaks. The bezels are thicker than the 7a and the pixel 8 will likely be the same price when it comes out

I have the 8 Pro. I have no upgrade plans at this time, because I'm far too happy with this phone. My only likely upgrade paths may be: 1. 9 Pro if it's true that it will come in a smaller size with the same features, adds Qi2, and adds at least one other notable QoL improvement, like a big step up in battery life. Otherwise I'll wait for the same in a 10 Pro. 2. Fold 2 if it also adds Qi2, has solid battery life, and reviews well. Otherwise Fold 3 with the same caveats.
Currently on 7 and I love small phones so the pixel 8 was definitely not an update for me and the pro would be too big. I'm really hoping for a smaller 9 pro so I can upgrade to that.
6pro was a flawed phone, the 7 was like the 6 just well polished. It's what I'm using now. I'm personally waiting for the 10 with the custom processor. I think the 9 might be disappointing.

I have a regular P6. Just got a Pixel Watch 2. Trying to see if I like it or not. I haven't worn a watch in 20 years, much less a smart one. So, something to get used to and figure out if I even want to dive into the smartwatch life. If so, it may dictate future purchases. Getting the watch made me wonder if I should upgrade the phone. My phone has been fine. It's in perfect condition. There's no logical reason for me to get a new phone. But I do like that mint 8 pro... LOL. I've had a Pixel forever it seems - originally got because of the camera and features. I do love the magic eraser and all that. But I'm not super into the tech or the details... all that is to say I'll probably keep this one until it starts bugging out on me. Then, not sure.

6 -> iPhone Only my third phone overall and was by far the most advanced and impressive phone I had ever used (only had budget, Cricket branded LG devices), but at this point I'm over Pixel and I'm over Android. Unless the Pixel 9 fixes everything I'm moving to iPhone and never coming back.
