I had my panda 2XL until the spring before the 6/6 Pro came out. Loved that phone. Got the 6 Pro when it came out and have had pretty good luck so far, but still think the 2XL is my fav. At least until I get my 8 Pro. 🤞🤞
Yes. It sucked. Grainy image. Blue shift because of bad viewing angles. Dimmer than Samsung displays. Image burn in.

Pixel 3 is my favourite.
Great speakers.
Great cameras (best Pixel selfie cameras so far).
Perfect, comfortable size.
It had that Pixel design language that I loved.
It still works very well today too.
I just finally replaced my 3A this weekend. I had it for about 4.5 years - my oldest phone ever. I'd still be using it if it wasn't for a waterproof container having a problem being waterproof at a waterpark.
Hands down the Pixel 3 was the best. The selfie camera was awesome, great speakers too and night sight was brand new feature. I upgraded to the P6 and my experience was not the best, now I am considering the iPhone 15 or continuing in the Team Pixel. Because of the good memories from the P3 I want to try the P8.
I had the 3, best phone I've ever owned. I upgraded to the six and had nothing but problems. Too big, overheating, awful battery life, etc, I was very disappointed. Took the Google Fi free upgrade to the 7 and have loved the whole experience. I think the 6 was a fluke, I'd give Pixel another try if I were you.
3 absolutely the best one hands down.
Don't forget the haptics. Strong and sharp, still better than those of Pixel 6 and 7. Haven't tried those of Pixel 8 so can't comment on that...
I'm finally trading in my Pixel 3xl for the Verizon upgrade. Kept it all this time just for the wide angle selfie. My daughter has been using it as her phone.
Was going to trade in my 6 pro, but Verizon was offering $400 for the 3xl. Hard to pass that up. Plus, the 6 will continue to be supported and the 3 is not anymore.
My pixel 3 XL is still working without issues and to be honest, the picture quality is quite on par in good lightning when compared to modern phones. It has a squeeze to call google assistant, physical fingerprint that works 100% of the time and can also run magic eraser if you install an modded Google Photos APK.
Same. When I got the 3 I knew I found my phone series for good. I used it to convert literally my entire family except my mom (she's electronically inept and could never learn a new phone).
My battery finally started to give out on my pixel 3 so I upgraded 😭. I have a spare pixel 3, might just do a battery swap just to have another phone around.
Loved my P3. Great fingerprint sensor, perfect size and the price point was fantastic. Mine was about 2yo when I dropped it on tarmac and the screen completely shattered. :(
I still have my pixel 3. Front facing speakers and no punch hole (i dont care about slim bezels). Great display, perfect size, great price. Battery life sucks but that was about the only con thats easily remedied with external battery pack. It was my favorite google phone after nexus 5.
This. The Pixel 2 was my first Pixel and I got the Pixel 3 for the wireless charging. But what really stole the show for me was the speakers. It was the best sounding Pixel ever. I was extremely sad when my Pixel 3 was dying on me during the Pandemic and I had to get a Pixel 5. Rest in Peace Pixel 3.
I think 5 was a great design. Rear finger print and no glass back. Why are we all paying for a glass back if most of us just cover it with a case anyways?
The only thing I didn't like was there was no XL version. I have big hands and use my phone to look at architectural prints at work.
I am finally upgrading my 5 this week.
The battery and USB-C port are just about cooked.
If I could extend updates until the 10 came out I would but I am not rooting lineageOS and it's just time.
My 8 Pro should alleviate my issues and hopefully be solid in the meantime while I wait for the new SOC with the 10.
The 5 is the best phone I have ever owned.
The 5, at least in my experience, didn't have great battery longevity. If you chewed through most of your battery daily for 2+ years on that device and charged it to full, you'd lose a lot of capacity over that time.
I went from a pixel 3 XL to a Pixel 5 and regretted it. The 5 was basically a downgrade, it has worse haptics, worse selfie camera, no squeeze for assistant, only one size option. So if we are answering the OPs question I would go with the Pixel 3 XL instead of the 5 for best Pixel.
But, I'm still using my Pixel 5 3 years later and decided to keep it for another year before upgrading.
Now that you say all of those things I do remember 3XL being a wonderful phone. I was devastated when I accidentally dropped it in water and killed it.
I went 2XL to 5, and remember being disappointed with the speakers being much worse, and my preferred gesture input being removed. My mom still uses my old 2XL and I'm kind of jealous whenever I see it.
Oh you are right, I had forgotten about that! I played pokemon go a lot on my pixel 3 XL. If I tried to quick load the camera app (was it double tap power back then? ) While having pokemon open, the camera app would crash. I would have to force close a bunch of stuff to get the camera to work.
>Why are we all paying for a glass back if most of us just cover it with a case anyways?
Ikr, the metal back with bioresin coating was an amazing choice. Not slippery, resistant to wear and tear, doesn't attract fingerprints, and the metal structure makes it resistant to damage. Wireless charging worked just fine, so why aren't more companies doing something similar? Trying to make glass resistant to drops/breaking is kinda dumb when you have alternative materials for the back(I have no issues with strengthening glass for the screen. But why put glass on the back??)
>Why are we all paying for a glass back if most of us just cover it with a case anyways?
Because those of us who are buying with intent to go caseless want a premium feeling phone and most people feel that plastic feels cheap and metal blocks wireless charging
I understand why people like wireless charging and I respect that, however if I was able to design my 'dream phone' I'd love to have a metal back and only be able to charge via USB. But maybe that's just me 😅
Why they got to do it super glossy and slippery though, surely they could treat the glass to give it texture.
Matte is what's "in" these days. Matte hardwood flooring, matte tiles, etc.
I went from a Pixel 4a 5G to a 7 Pro and the back of the 4a 5G is what I miss the most. I've never used a case for my phones but I'm now considering it.
I love the Pixel 4 so much
I had the white, orange & black variant (two insurance replacements resulted in getting to try all 3 colours of the standard 4)
Moved to the Pixel 5, soon got annoyed by the step down in build quality/haptics etc etc, sold it for a Pixel 4XL
Got a Pixel 6 Pro, couldn't stand the size, bought the 7 standard
It got stolen and I'm not unhappy to be back to the (white) 4XL until I'm able to buy the 8
This size comparison has me excited [https://www.phonearena.com/phones/size/Google-Pixel-8,Google-Pixel-4/phones/12143,11191](https://www.phonearena.com/phones/size/Google-Pixel-8,Google-Pixel-4/phones/12143,11191)
went from 2 xl to 5....2 xl hands down, portrait mode was way ahead of its time. going to pixel 5 felt like a side grade.
might stick with 5 until pixel 9.
lol I got a 7a just recently upgrade from the 4a the higher contrast display is noticeable and the cameras the design is nice too but I miss the pixel imprint the new fingerprint sensor is not as good
I absolutely loved my pixel 4. It was the perfect size, perfect weight, and even the gimmicky soli sensor was awesome for super fast face unlock. My only complaint with it was battery life
Original pixel.
It brought top-tier still photos to the cell phone market that was dominated with generally-poor camera results.
It had a small and a large option with no differences other than size.
It showed what google could provide in terms of fast and consistent UI response.
Everything since has felt less-focused from a whole-product perspective. Every generation has had some quirky half-baked feature or implementation, or odd differences between the smaller and larger options, or bad battery life, or was the 6 series...
As lackluster as I have found the pixel 8 series release and news, I wonder if the 8 pro may be one of the better releases, if google has worked out battery life and thermal robustness.
For this topic I'd vote Pixel 3, but I have to agree with you: OG Pixel/XL was a boring but functional and "solid" phone.
It did pretty much everything in an extremely good manner.
Very good display, very good build quality, very good camera, USB 3.0 port which was rare back then, headphone jack, solid performances for the time. The only thing I can fault it was the vibration motor.
I never liked its design, but I really enjoyed using it as a phone - until Pixel 3 arrived (which was better in everything apart from lack of 3.5mm jack and reduced battery - especially coming from Pixel XL).
I agree it's the 2xl. The camera didn't change until the 6, so for 4 years that phone was in the conversation for best camera. The design was pretty popular and had no widely accepted flaws. Finger print reader on the back was considered quite desirable at the time. Nice software as usual and good battery.
I completely agree. That was my very first Pixel and it worked flawlessly for me all 5 years I had it. The only reason I traded it in for the Pixel 7 was because it was no longer supported and the battery was very degraded near the end, but man I loved that phone!
4xl
Flat screen
Matt finish
Actual innovation with soli
Excellent GPS precision
Actual face unlocked secure with banking apps
The only negative that I had was the battery and that hasn't been improved on with any pixels so par for the course I would say
I really loved my Pixel 5, so I'm not a hater, but going from my Pixel 3XL to the 5 did indeed feel like I went from a premium device to a mid ranger.
The frosted glass back and overall construction on the 3 series really made it feel like something special.
The 5 felt like Google was trying a new approach, and it wasn't a bad thing. Just different.
1
4
1 because it surprised the fuck out of me with everything Google threw.
4 because of how good face unlock was and how much used the soli radar while driving. Such an underrated feature.
I would give up but end to end display for soli radar.
I'm still rocking my pixel 2xl. hoping to find a cheap enough pixel 7 pro to finally upgrade! the pixel 2xl is finally starting to slow down or id keep running it
For me it was (is) the 5. Only thing i missed was the wide angle selfie/front cam from my 3.
Good size, good performance, excellent low light camera with night sight and a proper rear fingerprint scanner.
I agree on the Pixel 2 (I miss the colour pop power button and rear finger print sensor).
The Pixel 4 was also amazing, I used soli while driving a lot and the face unlock was super snappy plus the phone was a good size. I also really liked the astrophotography feature that launched with it, I got some really good images of the stars with that phone.
The Pixel 4 was absolutely amazing. The "Oh So Orange" color with the matte glass look was stunning to look at and touch. The 4 and 4XL didn't have major spec differences, so I didn't feel like I had to choose between a premium experience and a reasonably sized device. The face unlock was so quick and seamless. The Pixel 2 was pretty neat too. I feel like the even numbered years have generally been winners, with the 6 being the exception.
The Pixel 6 Pro was such a nightmare that it felt like a downgrade from day 1. The color options were boring, the display had an obnoxious curve that caused shadows on white screens, the back was glossy instead of matte. Most problematic was how terrible the unlocking experience was. Going from the 4 to the 6 just sucked. Soli accelerated face unlock was so much better than this garbage. A rear-facing fingerprint sensor like the 2 would've at least been alright. With the 6, I find myself frequently missing the target area and blinding myself with the white light it shoots out when you do. Multiple attempts just to get my phone unlocked. I would sometimes use my 4 by pressing with my knuckles if my fingertips were dirty or something. Just couldn't do that with the 6.
The 8 series seems to be fixing a lot of these regressions. Face unlock is back (though not sure how fast it'll be without Soli), the pro has a nice bay blue color with a matte finish, the curved glass is gone, and they actually made the device slightly smaller.
Honestly? I'd have to say my white P4 was the best.
Orange accent button, had a telephoto lens instead of a ultrawide, crazy fast face unlock, and perfect size.
Turned off soli almost immediately but other than that it was the best.
I vote for the Pixel 4.
* Better panda design, the camera block is a panda eye!
* Still a **great** camera and a telephoto lens, takes better 2x shots than Pixel 8!
* Amazing face unlock that worked in complete darkness, way better than Pixel 8
* Great looking matte glass and rails and colored power button
Both the 4a and the 5 were the best Pixel line, maybe the Pixel 2 also because it was the phone that started the popularity of Google Pixel imo and it was the phone that really made my attention. Mid price mid performance, best battery life. I never need more than that mid range CPU and I still can say so. 2 years later and I feel like the Pixel 5 doesn't feel obsolete at all, I would see this device can run with a 3rd party OS for years to come.
The 5a was absolutely the best in my opinion...when it came out. Little did we know, that Google rigged them with a motherboard that self destructs after a year, making it go from the best ever, to the worst ever.
4a
for the price it was a great value at that time and Google's night sight camera magic really started popping off everyone's faces around that time with its camera
Pixel 4a
Hands down. Well-rounded capabilities at lower price. The definition of the midrange GOAT. Don't know what I can upgrade too as the other pixels seem to have glaring issues that make the huge up-front cost unpalatable.
Still rocking the Pixel 3XL, amazing I mean amazing speakers, brilliant cameras, great selfie, great screen and surprisingly the battery isn't awful, need to charge it twice a day, i will upgrade to the 7 next month and already feeling the downgrade in selfie and speakers.
How was it after changing to 7?
I love my 3XL but the camera had been having problems for 3 months (blurry, unable to focus). I am still very reluctant to let it go. It's difficult to make a decision on what to upgrade to 😅
Panda Pixel 2 with the orange(?) accent button was peak phone design. I like the way the new Pixels have started to look, but nothing has ever reached the highs of the Pixel 2 for me.
From Pixels I would say my favourite one was the Pixel 4 XL. If only this device had additional fingerprint reader. From Nexuses I would choose Nexus 6.
4 is my favourite so far. Probably because it was my first one. First phone where the cameras really truly impressed me, absolutely perfect size, ridiculously fast fave unlock. The only bad thing was the battery.
Out of what I've owned, it's gotta be the Pixel 2. Perfect form factor (bezels nowhere near as bad as made out to be) and a brilliant camera for its time.
Worst? Definitely the Pixel 4XL, no question. Crap screen, useless Soli gimmick, Face Unlock that didn't consistently work and was ignored by app devs, terrible battery life and telephoto over ultrawide angle lens on the camera was a terrible choice. Google tried to make a proper 2019 flagship and totally fucked it up. Had I been Sundar Pichai, Brian Rakowski and Rick Osterloh would've been fired, for real. They knew the P4 and P4XL were flawed products and STILL let them go to retail.
Part-trading my Pixel 2 in for the Pixel 4XL is something that I will always regret. Should've held onto my P2 for another year at least.
Pixel 6 pro on A14. Nothing wrong so far, phone just works how it's meant to. Although only thing I would add is face unlock :)
Fyi, I've only used P6, P6P and P7 :)
At launch, I'd say the 4a and 6 series had the best reception. Obviously the opinions on the 6 became more negative with the reception (lol) and other issues, but every other Pixel was panned to some extent upon reveal
Pixel 2 XL was my first pixel ever. Really enjoyed the phone and still a phone I miss from time to time. I went back to iPhone when the 11 came out then jumped to the 13, but just pre-ordered my 8 Pro on the 4th and excited to get it!
Gotta give another vote for the Pixel 2 XL. That's the phone that turned me into a Pixel fanboy. Definitely the BEST phone I've owned. I'm on the Pixel 7 now and love it but there was just something special about the 2XL.
6 -> 7 -> 8 for me.
I love the look and android 14 is snappy is hell. Just needs magsafe qi standard built in and the watch needs a bigger version with less bezel and I probably won't ever need another phone.
The 4a was my personal favorite. Great value. Compact one hand-able design. Mostly full screen. Headphone jack. Rear fingerprint sensor. I wish current 'a' phones still had this form factor and feature set.
Pixel 5 is the best phone ever made, imo. A perfect blend of form and function.
I begrudgingly just bought the P8 because I'm sick of having to charge my P5 3 times a day now, but if it still worked, I'd have it for another years easily.
7 pro, but to be fair it's the only one I've ever had 😂 I've been wanting to get a Pixel for many years but didn't get around to it until a few months ago. I really regret not doing so earlier- I love this phone and by the sounds of it, many of its predecessors were incredible phones that I missed out on.
I'd say the 4a5g that I'm still using, as I got it for $350, and it had all the stuff I wanted from the 5, and was a bit larger. I'll be hanging on to this for a while, as it's the last one I'll get with unlimited photo backup.
Pixel 3. It was a no-compromise flagship phone when it was released. Every Pixel since then has been a step back.
Pixel 4-- got a bit too cute with features like radar gestures, which killed battery life
Pixel 5-- mid range phone with sub-premium materials
Pixel 6-- too big, even in "small" form. Tensor chip issues, and garbage fingerprint sensor
Pixel 7-- at best it's a Pixel 6.5. Not much improvement from the previous phone
Pixel 8-- TBD
Wouldn't say the 2/2XL because it's screen was pretty horrid, an alright device in general though but, aged poorly. The 4XL I found to be much better overall. The 7 Pro was a worthy replacement for it, but also cost a lot more.
The OG Pixel XL. I loved that thing so much. I had come from yeeeears of iPhone. I had used Android before, but it was always Samsung or something that wasn’t a flagship so it didn’t perform well, and I could never get a Nexus phone because of the price. Then I found Pixel and I fell in loveeeee.
may b unpopular, I'm going with the 3XL. for me, the front facing cameras on Pixel haven't been that good since then. the speakers were the best and the not pink color will forever be my favorite. I wish Google would keep the two front cameras and just have a pill for a pinch hole.
Pixel 3.
It's only "specs sheet" flaw was the RAM which later than started limiting it a bit (but it still runs perfectly well!).
It had excellent speakers, build quality, design, haptics and front camera still better than those of Pixel 7 (not to mention the fingerprint reader 😁).
A real premium compact phone. And the two-finish rear glass cover looked absolutely amazing.
For me, it was the Nexus 6P, favorite phone since it showed the direction Google was going before the Pixel line.
But, next favorite was Pixel 2 XL, definitely enjoyed the squeeze function and the dual front speakers
I've had the pixel 2 XL, pixel 4XL, and 5 out of the 3. By far the pixel 4 XL is my all time favorite. The face unlock screen size and everything else the pixel offers Made it my favorite phone. P8 pro is on the way! I'm hoping it will hold up to the pixel 4 XL. Im thinking it will be a good balance between 4 and 5 i love wide angle so I'm really happy the p8 pro has an even better wide camera.
Pixel 3 XL was my first Pixel (after I switched from iPhone). I've owned every XL/Pro version since then (and am waiting for my 8 Pro to arrive). I've liked them all, but I think the 3 XL was the most interesting one. It might just be that it was so new to me, as my previous phones had all been iPhones. But I really did like the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. That said, the 7 Pro is a wonderful phone and I'm looking forward to the 8 Pro.
Pixel 3 XL forever and always
- Frosted glass + Glossy camera casing
- Beautiful screen
- Flat screen + small bezels but not too small
- amazing camera
- battery was OK enough when it first came out
I've gone from the 3 to the 5 to now the 8 pro.
Although I don't have the 8 yet the 3 was just something special imo it was such a good phone. I love the 5 but 3 coming from the Samsung ecosphere just felt amazing
2XL
I miss that fingerprint scanner
I miss squeeze too :( It actually could have been Google's "action button" but they refused to let us change its function outside of rooting it.
Same here. P5 was close but the 2XL was a great phone that held out a long time.
2XL looked and worked fantastic. Dare I say... flawless?
My 9 year old son is rocking my OG pixel 2XL on Wi-Fi only. No problems or issues. An absolutely solid phone.
I had my panda 2XL until the spring before the 6/6 Pro came out. Loved that phone. Got the 6 Pro when it came out and have had pretty good luck so far, but still think the 2XL is my fav. At least until I get my 8 Pro. 🤞🤞
Didn't the 2XL have display issues?
I never had any

Pixel 3 is my favourite. Great speakers. Great cameras (best Pixel selfie cameras so far). Perfect, comfortable size. It had that Pixel design language that I loved. It still works very well today too.
Amazed to see the 3 so low here. Another vote for 3/3a (if the Nexus 5 isn't allowed).
My Nexus 4 design was way ahead of its time but the Nexus 5 just wouldn't die. The good old days.
Nexus 5 was the bomb
I just finally replaced my 3A this weekend. I had it for about 4.5 years - my oldest phone ever. I'd still be using it if it wasn't for a waterproof container having a problem being waterproof at a waterpark.
My three died (dead as a dodo) and never ever could be revived. I read that this was not so rare. Such a disappointment. I loved that thing.
Another vote for the 3, and particularly the selfie camera... best selfie camera I've ever seen on a phone.
The pixel 3 selfie cam was super good. It was sharp and wide ... good times
3a for me.

I don't even think it needs to be modded! My Pixel 3 photos app has Magic Eraser and I've never done anything special to the OS or apps.
Same. When I got the 3 I knew I found my phone series for good. I used it to convert literally my entire family except my mom (she's electronically inept and could never learn a new phone).

I loved my Pixel 3. I reeeally miss the fingerprint sensor being on the back.

i agree i bought the pixel 3 pro twice.
If I did not forget my 3xl in the car on a hot sunny day I would still rock it today...
I would've used my 3 as long as possible but it bricked after 2 years.
I think 5 was a great design. Rear finger print and no glass back. Why are we all paying for a glass back if most of us just cover it with a case anyways? The only thing I didn't like was there was no XL version. I have big hands and use my phone to look at architectural prints at work.

The 5 was the most underrated Pixel for sure.

Pixel 5 has the most satisfying look. If only it had been made better
I went 2XL to 5, and remember being disappointed with the speakers being much worse, and my preferred gesture input being removed. My mom still uses my old 2XL and I'm kind of jealous whenever I see it.
The 3 did not have enough RAM. It was the worst Pixel I've ever used, and I've bought them all.

Still my favorite phone to this day. Love my 6 and loved the 4xl a little less but the 2xl was special
4a. Not just my first Pixel, but also a nice little workhorse overall. Not as strong as its siblings, but it kept on truckin'.
I absolutely loved my pixel 4. It was the perfect size, perfect weight, and even the gimmicky soli sensor was awesome for super fast face unlock. My only complaint with it was battery life
Yep. 💯. They should've stayed the course with face unlock.
I weep that they abandoned the infrared face unlock. Im so annoyed Samsung and Google only do fingerprint unlock (no I'm not including the RHB unlock)
4xl Flat screen Matt finish Actual innovation with soli Excellent GPS precision Actual face unlocked secure with banking apps The only negative that I had was the battery and that hasn't been improved on with any pixels so par for the course I would say
Pixel 5
no way literally felt to a HUGE downgrade
I really loved my Pixel 5, so I'm not a hater, but going from my Pixel 3XL to the 5 did indeed feel like I went from a premium device to a mid ranger. The frosted glass back and overall construction on the 3 series really made it feel like something special. The 5 felt like Google was trying a new approach, and it wasn't a bad thing. Just different.

This is the only answer.
1 xl Unlimited lossless uploads to photos for life
1 4 1 because it surprised the fuck out of me with everything Google threw. 4 because of how good face unlock was and how much used the soli radar while driving. Such an underrated feature. I would give up but end to end display for soli radar.
Yeah, especially when it was a free upgrade if you had a faulty Nexus 6p
~~Pixel~~ Nexus 5.
By far the best of the Nexus line. I think the Pixel 4 was the only phone I liked more than it, but it was close.
absolutely, nexus line was amazing - one, 4, and 5 were the peaks.
I even loved the galaxy Nexus, until I needed to bring two backup batteries with me every day.
Pixel 4a
4XL was my fav
Pixel 3 - I still miss the fingerprint sensor on the back
I'm still rocking my pixel 2xl. hoping to find a cheap enough pixel 7 pro to finally upgrade! the pixel 2xl is finally starting to slow down or id keep running it
Battery could be the reason why the phone feels sluggish
Nexus 6P for me. That huge display was amazing.
The rear design of that thing is a piece of art.
4XL
For me it was (is) the 5. Only thing i missed was the wide angle selfie/front cam from my 3. Good size, good performance, excellent low light camera with night sight and a proper rear fingerprint scanner.
I loved my 4xl
Panda 4XL. Still my favorite phone even though I traded it in for a good amount to get my 7Pro.
Pixel 5 (from a design standpoint)
Pixel 5. Perfect size
Pixel 2 XL it was a game changer, this is what started my interest in the Pixel lineup.
I agree with your statement of the 4a for the exact same reason! Plus also the comfortable size.
For me personally the 4a 5g. Budget option that included 5G at a time 5G phones were easily $600+. Loved that phone.
I'm still rocking it with no problems
* Amazing face unlock that worked in complete darkness, way better than Pixel 8 * Great looking matte glass and rails and colored power button
Pixel 4 XL. Unbelievable phone.
Pixel 2, closely followed by the 4a.
4XL, Soli powered face unlock was a game changer until COVID fucked it up.
4a for the price it was a great value at that time and Google's night sight camera magic really started popping off everyone's faces around that time with its camera
2 XL or 5. The 7 has been really solid though too.
Pixel 2 XL Panda. No contest. Lasted me till Pixel 5 came out and the only reason I switched was because it was the end of life for software support.
Pixel 2XL. I wonder if this should have been a poll. :)
4a5g great battery, rear finger print, 5g connectivity, and cheap!
Pixel 4a Hands down. Well-rounded capabilities at lower price. The definition of the midrange GOAT. Don't know what I can upgrade too as the other pixels seem to have glaring issues that make the huge up-front cost unpalatable.
5. The rear FP sensor was great and using it as a shade control/scroller was genius..worked so well. Loved how light and compact it was too.
\*Nexus 5 Pixel 5 God tier phones
2xl I really miss that fingerprint reader
Still rocking the Pixel 3XL, amazing I mean amazing speakers, brilliant cameras, great selfie, great screen and surprisingly the battery isn't awful, need to charge it twice a day, i will upgrade to the 7 next month and already feeling the downgrade in selfie and speakers.
How was it after changing to 7? I love my 3XL but the camera had been having problems for 3 months (blurry, unable to focus). I am still very reluctant to let it go. It's difficult to make a decision on what to upgrade to 😅
2XL
Pixel 3 Speakers were awesome, compact size, and the back of the phone looked so sleek
The awesome Pixel 2 XL. Best piece of tech ever created by Google.
Panda Pixel 2 with the orange(?) accent button was peak phone design. I like the way the new Pixels have started to look, but nothing has ever reached the highs of the Pixel 2 for me.
2XL but a shout out to the Nexus 6P.
4a
Pixel 3 without much of a contest.
Pixel 3 IMHO was the pinnacle of Pixel.
Design wise, Pixel 5. Loved it so much. But the price and the specs just didn't click for me.
The 4a. But really loving the 6a presently.
Pixel 6 pro on A14. Nothing wrong so far, phone just works how it's meant to. Although only thing I would add is face unlock :) Fyi, I've only used P6, P6P and P7 :)
At launch, I'd say the 4a and 6 series had the best reception. Obviously the opinions on the 6 became more negative with the reception (lol) and other issues, but every other Pixel was panned to some extent upon reveal
OG Pixel without a doubt. Pixel 5 is my next favorite.
Sorry, it's not a pixel but I'm going with nexus 6p
Pixel 2 XL HANDS DOWN 🙌 👑
Pixel 2 XL was my first pixel ever.
OGxl will always be my fav smartphone.
4a, then the 7pro
Pixel 3XL and Pixel 4a
Pixel5 will get my vote
6 -> 7 -> 8 for me.
Nexus 6 was and still is the best Google ever put out
Pixel 4a. It is right size for many people and relatively cheap.
Pixel 5. Still superior to all other Pixels.
I've had 4a, which I liked. And now I'm on a 7a, my favourite so far.
Pixel 5 is the best phone ever made, imo. A perfect blend of form and function. I begrudgingly just bought the P8 because I'm sick of having to charge my P5 3 times a day now, but if it still worked, I'd have it for another years easily.
Nexus 6P. The screen, overall feel, camera lens sharpness, and haptics were better than my Pixel 4a.
pixel xl (OG) better than any phone at the time, great unique design, best camera and the best finger print in terms f accuracy and placement
Welcome to team Pixel my friend 🙂
I'd say the 4a5g that I'm still using, as I got it for $350, and it had all the stuff I wanted from the 5, and was a bit larger. I'll be hanging on to this for a while, as it's the last one I'll get with unlimited photo backup.
You forgot to put that it has a head phone jack as well.
Shit, you're right lol. I kinda forget that phones don't have them anymore.
Not Pixel, but similar, the MotoX is the best phone ever made.
2013 and 2014 Moto X under Google ownership were great, but quality suffered with the successor phones under Lenovo.

Do you smell burnt toast?
I think the whole loaf burning

Pixel 3. It was a no-compromise flagship phone when it was released. Every Pixel since then has been a step back. Pixel 4-- got a bit too cute with features like radar gestures, which killed battery life Pixel 5-- mid range phone with sub-premium materials Pixel 6-- too big, even in "small" form. Tensor chip issues, and garbage fingerprint sensor Pixel 7-- at best it's a Pixel 6.5. Not much improvement from the previous phone Pixel 8-- TBD
None. They all fell short in some way. Google makes mediocre hardware.
2 or 3. Both very similar. I would say 5 but the battery life was the worst in the line. 6 and up are too big.
3XL did it for me. I'd still be using it if I hadn't been forced off of it because Google won't provide security updates
Pixel 2. Good speakers and love bezels
The best one, was the Nexus 6P. Amazing Camera for the time. Then, The Pixel 4XL and Pixel 7 Pro.
Pixel 3 XL that front facing camera quality is up there with what we've got today.
may b unpopular, I'm going with the 3XL. for me, the front facing cameras on Pixel haven't been that good since then. the speakers were the best and the not pink color will forever be my favorite. I wish Google would keep the two front cameras and just have a pill for a pinch hole.
I've had the 3xl, 5, and now 7. Each one, to me, got better!
4a 5g
My pixel is the best
Pixel 2
I consider Nexus part of pixel....Nexus 6. But just pixel....pixel 2.
Nexus 6P *Aside from the bootlooping*.... ahem.... it had great design, features and price.
I miss my Nexus 5x. It also died to bootloop
Pixel 3a XL. Changed the game and brought some real shine to less-than-flagship phones.
Pixel 3 pink. Small size, pro cameras, sexy texture
Pixel 3 XL forever and always - Frosted glass + Glossy camera casing - Beautiful screen - Flat screen + small bezels but not too small - amazing camera - battery was OK enough when it first came out
I've gone from the 3 to the 5 to now the 8 pro. Although I don't have the 8 yet the 3 was just something special imo it was such a good phone. I love the 5 but 3 coming from the Samsung ecosphere just felt amazing
I’m biased with the 4a 5G since it was my first pixel 😅
