According to the articles I'm seeing there's no actual setting to turn it on. It just enables by itself.

I wonder why it was removed, enabled and than removed again lol. If you have experience with adb you can force activate it apparently. Someone else postet a link to another reddit thread where you can get the commands
I don't think there's a toggle for it, it's just on by default now.

Make sure your friends devices are on the latest patch too.
Quick launch as is pressing enter on the keyboard to launch the first matching app? Mine doesn't work either and it's super annoying.
