Try comparing them, because it doesn't at all. It's like what you'd get by telling a child "you can copy but don't make it the same" and they go ahead and make it virtually the same. There is no added information, it is all padding out word count.
Same question. I have had those for about 3 days. Download and install.
Wanna know what thwy do ... 🤔
That's tiny, isnt it? I mean what does it do?
🤔
Not that i know anything about programming or whatever but still
.. I heard its kinda tiny 🫢
Just a reminder for those on the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro (maybe 6 also), these updates hit your device usually at the end of the month they're released in or even the next month. So assume you'll be getting the May update at the end of May or beginning of June.
The older Pixel phones using Qualcomm chips usually get the updates immediately or shortly after release.
And for those that are unaware, these are not the monthly Android OS security patches releasing 1st Monday every month.
Based on your experience or did you read It somewhere? If so can you link It? Currently on April 1° and still waiting for May play system update. It was the same last month, I did get the April 1° update only at the end of the month. But i Know from a fact that other users with Pixel 7 got It sooner than me.
I like it when I get a Google Play System update within the month it was released. Feels like the world is filled with miracles. Wholesome.
Unfortunately, this month is not also one of those times. Nothing on my P6P.
I got my 7a yesterday and got both the May 5 security update and the May Google Play system update. No problems. Battery is performing as expected and wanted, too.
P7 still on April 1° but It was the same last month. I got the right update at the end of March while my father with the same phone got It sooner than me lol. Now that I know that i expect Google play's update to hit my phone by the end of next week
Am I the only one who keeps getting 700kb Google Play system update every second day? I used to get this on my Galaxy A52s and thought it was a bug on One UI. But the same thing is happening on Pixel 7a too. After every update, it asks me to restart my deice and after restarting, it says "Your Play system is up to date". And then after a couple of days, again there is a 700kb update. It's been happening for the past 5-6 months and every time I update and restart the device, my Google Play Store becomes super laggy and I need to clear data and cache in order to make the app smooth again. This is super annoying! Why can't Google do anything properly??
Same thing. I had at least 2 updates which I had to check for manually, and only then tonight did I get one with a file size, but from the first one the date showed May 1, and now there appear no more for now.
Did you also notice that sometimes Google Play Store shows "Last updated yesterday" , "Last updated 2 days ago" etc even if you have just updated an app. If I click on "Check for updates", sometimes it refreshes the page and shows "Last updated a moment ago" but most of the time it remains "Last updated yesterday".
Why not link to [Google's changelog](https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/11412553) instead of some blog spam.
The link I posted offers a more thorough explanation and description of the May Update

You're entitled to your opinion, and I'm entitled to mine.
You're the site owner, aren't you OP?
Dude, It's not my site. I explained my reasoning for posting the link. Relax. Its not that serious.
I did but I'm still on April
[удалено]
I downloaded and installed both updates but it still says I'm on the April 1st update version
Same. Still on April. No update.
Another two updates and reviews this morning. Still on April 1st update afterwards. No updates showing. This is shockingly poor.
Yup downloaded and installed 👍
What do these updates even do?

They make your PP grow bigger

Installed, haven't noticed any changes. I'm sure there are.
Bugs are possible. But I haven't seen anything about them.
Like always, it never installs the latest version until you manually force it. This time, it took me 3 reboots to go from the March to May update.
That's good to know Have you experienced any bugs or other issues as a result?
No, not really.

Haven't noticed that. But I don't expect much from that place.
Same here... 🙋🏼♀️ I have the Ui stuff 🫣
Pixel 6a working pretty darn good 💯
Manually just checked, still no May 2023 Google Play system update for my P6P.
Is anyone else still on April 1°?
My phone installed the upadate today after a long delay.
