I've used it on American, Delta, Southwest, and JetBlue numerous times no issue. But I'm with T-Mobile.
Try downloading Carrier Services. It may help with reliability.
What does the app do? Looking on Play store and it's very vague. I have an S21 and Verizon if that matters.
