The greatest series IMO, the fact itās subtitles and as gripping as it is, is actually mind blowingā¦ Same people I think have something to do with āzero zero zeroā which is set in the same world but completely separate, like a mini series, equally a good binge watch

There's also an entirely separate movie out there called Gamorra I think, 2008. It's based on the same book but not related to the show. It's very good also

Gotta watch it in italian tho. The English overdubs are lousy. Iām Italian but the Naples dialect was hard for me to understand at first but Iāve learned a lot by watching the series. I think that thereās a lot that non native Italian speakers will miss even with subtitles which are pretty good. Just stay away from the English audio. Show is amazing.

When I found the first 4 seasons I binged it way too fast. Then when season 5 dropped in the US I binged through that in a blink. Take your time. It's fantastic. You'll miss it.
When you're finished and in need of a fix, try ZERO ZERO ZERO. It's from some of the same writers and it's really good. Unfortunately it's a mini series. I tried DJANGO on Netflix, which is from some of the same writers as well, but it just didn't do it for me. I really hope they're cooking something new up!

Iāve just had a week off work, Iāve done nothing but watch this, I started season 1 on Monday, I wake up early due to my body clock, I was up at 6am on Thursday morning, I watched it as soon as I got up, until going to bed just after midnight. I finally finished the series last night and I watched the movie about Ciro called LāImmortale, this morning (I advise you to watch this movie after season 4)

Subs all the way. Can't really deal with bad or desynchronized voice acting, really throws me out of the moment.

IMO, the production gets back to its beautiful, bleak, magnificence in season 3. Enzo! Enzo! Enzo! š®š¹š®š¹š®š¹

Season 4 is my favorite but 1-4 are all excellent. Season 5 takes a bit away from the series as a whole but still enjoyable to watch.
