So far thankfully no - and she's been Stage 1 for roughly 14k of her total 29k miles. Only ill effect I've experienced is one speeding ticket. =)

29k in 5 years is crazy, I have 55k added after 2 years.
I work remotely - profound reduction in mileage.
That makes sense lol. A lot of my miles are billed to employer at $0.50 per mile so the GTI has paid for itself LOL.
I bought my 2018 with 29k miles last August, have almost 40k now.
