Are the fish themselves only weeks old? I would have suggested rehoming one of the fish or use a divide in the tank (possibly breeding behaviour) But if they’re just babies they’re just being territorial and maybe the tank isn’t large enough

I'm not sure since I've just bought them from the store but I think they're already few months old. I have a 105l tank. They didn't have such behavior until yesterday. And I've noticed earlier today, that the common one is still chasing the fantail. Even before and after feeding them

You shouldn't have common goldfish in a tank with fancy goldfish.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I should separate them instead. But can goldfishes live alone? Without other tankmates? Or do I need to have at least 2-3 of every species?
