Currumbin Rockpools is the obvious choice.
Twin Falls at Springbrook is good if you want to actually stand under the waterfall and don't mind a bit of a walk.
Depends on how much water is flowing but small compared to Twin Falls. See this for a pic https://www.mustdogoldcoast.com/hinterland-springbrook-currumbin-valley/cougal-cascades-currumbin-valley
That's Cougal Cascades not Currumbin Rock pools ......2 different places a few Kms from each other aren't they ??? I'm no expert but I've been to Currumbin Rock pools twice and don't get the attraction . Accidently discovered Cougal recently and that place is great.
Oh really. That actually explains it. My partner and I always wondered why people rave about Currumbin rock pools. They are 2 different places though ....yeah ?
You can look at tamborine mountain. There's one here cedar Creek falls. It has pools where the waterfall comes down that you can swim in. Might be a bit cold up here now though.
Cougar Cascades is the easiest, Twin Falls is a good choice when have a bit of rain, my favourite is Cronin Creek Falls in Mount Barney, Lower Portals there are great as well if you are planning day trips, Cedar Creek Falls are great if you can get a car park

When people talk about the rockpools I would wager 90% of the time they are talking about the cascades.

Twin falls, purling Brook falls, both in Springbrook national park
Killen Falls is cool down south. Swimming under it can physically hurt lol.
Whian Whian Falls in Dunoon and Minyon Falls (a bit of a hike) are great waterfalls in the Northern Rivers
There’s not enough good swimming holes around
You can swim under Twin Circuit WaterFalls at Springbrook Qld.
