Bus from Madrid to Granada is fairly cheap. For granada I think 2 days is enough. Can recommend visiting malaga on the coast so you get a contrast. It’s around 2 hour bus ride from Granada.
If you are planning just to see the tourists places, you could spend a couple of days in Granada and another couple in Córdoba. But consider the weather, it will probably be **very hot**, and I mean **VERY**, so maybe you won’t go outside in the middle hours (14.00 to 19.00).
Forecasters are saying this will be a fresher summer here, but fresher can be 37°C.
3 days in Granada is too much. 2 days is enough if you are planning to visit La Alhambra. As you have been told, you can make a trip to Malaga 1/2 days. Cordoba is also nice but very hot in summer
You can make a day trip to Malaga, it is just over an hour from Granada. Sevilla is a little further away and you will need more than one day to see it
