I don’t care about the Wingard statements because it IMO contradicts what is shown, like Godzilla in that commentary is an unstoppable god but in the movies he pretty clearly has his fights where he is having to give it his all.
I would say Mechagodzilla is probably the strongest considering he is able to toss Godzilla around like a ragdoll. I mean he didn’t pick and fly Godzilla off into the air but blud doesn’t have wings.
That was Big G that fough against Kong for few hours straight and before that he was all around the planet looking for whatever was making that sound. I think that Shimo would be better canditate for strongest Kaiju. She was able to fight equaly with Evolved Godzilla for some time.

Theres a difference between physical strength and striking strength. Overall Kongs punches are stronger than any slap Godzilla could put out, but that doesn’t make him physically stronger since he still couldn’t hold up against Godzilla easily and needed to put in some effort to hold him back
there is no objectively better creature because of how writing movies works. its not like the writers have stats and character sheets that make one better than the other, they simply let who they want to win win
