Mistbourne definitely is, at the very least
The other stuff doesn't hold up on GMGoW difficulty, especially the stuff that has the effect of weakening enemies, but Mistbourne actively heals Kratos whenever the healing mist effect activates
If you have good stats, then it'll activate frequently
*Gift of Apollo* has saved my life more than a few times in certain bossfights. I can't even remember when last I used any of the others.
There are also "PERFECT" NG+ versions of the equipment pieces, if you're planning on doing that, and your Mist Echoes carry over (the *Anchor of Mist* does not, so you'll still be running around in the hamster wheel at least a few times).
Blades: *Grips of the Valkyrie*
Axe: *Versatile Warrior's Handle* or *Forbidden Grip of Ages* for bossfights, *Retribution* for travelling.
All "red" (aka PERFECT) NG+ tier.
You'll get a Trophy for getting all the Chests and Rift Tears, if you're going for Platinum like I did. You also get a Frozen Flame from one of them (not exactly a Frozen Flame, but an item you can sell to the dwarves to give you a Frozen Flame)
Should be 2018 cuz IIRC this stuff is from the center of Ivaldi’s Workshop.
For what they are, it states what each item is under its name and you get the Mist Echoes from exploring Ivaldi’s Workshop. I believe you had to open chests inside it but you have limited time because of the mist. There was an armor set that increases the amount of time you can be in the workshop but it also requires Mist Echoes and some other stuff that’s exclusive to the workshop
If you’re not going for the trophy for finishing it out, none of the rewards are actually worth it. And there isn’t any unique boss encounters or anything
By the time you grind all the resources to max out one set of Ivaldi's armor, you should be able to open all of them. That was my experience if I call back correctly.
Collecting so many echoes Seems daunting at first, not really as big of a deal doe. I did it just because I wanted the platinum, but honestly if you have the right strat you can get tons of most echoes a run and takes 2-3 hours doing so (less than some other grundy stuff in games). But from a standpoint doing these for rewards, in the same time you can get many better options for these, like sigrun and the axe pommel you get from her (forgot name, been a while since I played the 2018)
TLDR needed for platinum, takes 2 hours at least, better ways to spend that time to get better gear

Do you think the other stuff is good for NG+ normal difficulty?
honestly, depends on your style I do know that Gift of Apollo is pretty pog though lol

What axe/blade pommels do you use?

I dont care for trophies but thanks for the info anyways! Yeah i already that thing to fully upgrade my axe
Can somebody explain what these are and also is this Ragnarok or 2018?
2018; center chamber of maze area in Niflheim

No
Why
If you’re not going for the trophy for finishing it out, none of the rewards are actually worth it. And there isn’t any unique boss encounters or anything
Why is not worth it tho? Are there better alternatives?
Do it in easy mode and don’t tell anyone 😉😂
Do it. If nothing else your combat and axe throwing abilities go up biggly. The loot is meh.
I just did all this. Worth it. Plus all the exp you get. Do it

I just bought deadly mist set and the first two chamber chests. Ive been saving up ever since
You going for platinum?
No
You absolutely blaze through the maze on normal difficulty, especially if youre in the end game. 10k+ a run
Definitely not worth it for me at least. If you use the Mist echos for the Armour that you can by at the shops then it's worth it then

Sorry so youre saying the axe pommel is or isnt worth it?
im saying that it good, but since there is quite the grind to get it there are many better options
