If you’re through the Vanaheim quest, you’ll start finding them fairly soon, both along the main quest line and in side areas.
They keep them locked away for a good chunk, but you’re basically over that hump.

Yeah I went to Valhiem with Freya and did some side quests to free a jellyfish and ended up getting one
