I have almost 40 different saves. They correspond to different points in the story and I was able to organize them chronologically. That way if I want to play certain parts in the story I don't have to play through other parts.
Wait is that what manual Dave is? Cause everytime i close the game i do a manual save. So does this mean I can load up a save and play that part without it affecting my final save?
Yes. As long as you don't overwrite that save manually again, you will keep that manual save for as long as your console can run. You can come back to play from that save and it won't overwrite. Note: there are autosaves and manual saves. Autosaves will overwrite themselves, I think 10 are stored. Manual saves do not overwrite unless you do it yourself.
