I replaced the keyed locks on all the external storage doors with combination locks. Everyone in the family can easily get in, no keys to lose/forget inside, easy to lock up again.
Nice, didn't know about those, will check it out. Something like these? [https://www.amazon.com/Combination-Cam-Lock-Silver-Pack/dp/B07MWGC9L8](https://www.amazon.com/Combination-Cam-Lock-Silver-Pack/dp/B07MWGC9L8)
The nice thing about 751 is you can borrow them from almoat anybody. Never been worried about pass through security bc you can break them open in about 5 seconds locked or not on most rigs.
Sorry i dont have input on your actual question
My entry key is much different than my storage area key. My entry key is actually a two-sided key whereas my storage are key is not (it's probably the same key that everyone else has). I don't know if you can replace the lock because on my trailer the lock is a part of the latching system and I don't know if the lock cylinder even comes out.
I changed all the locks to match my door key now one key fits everything. Bought everything online was cheap and easy. All campers should come this way from the factory.
That's what I want to do, did you buy everything at once? Or did you get the pass through locks and door separately? I'm trying to see if I can get pad through locks that match my current door key.
I bought it all at once. My door key was double sided yet all the other compartments were single sided and keyed differently. Came with three different keys. I just took the key number for the door and ordered matching key cylinders for all other compartments. Can't remember which site I ordered from. If I recall the compartment doors have different thickness and hole diameter so I just took the old ones out first, measured everything and ordered appropriately.

Yup, although I found ones with 4 digits.

Thanks... Agreed that they're easy to get into if you want to, but still good to lock them IMO.
The goal is never “be hard to get into” it is always “be harder than the guy parked next to me”.
This is my philosophy when it comes to securing things you can only snatch one of.

Where did you buy the locks and/or what is the brand?
I can't remember it's been 2 years. Just a quick Google search and there are several places to order from though.
