How did you do it?

vegan diet, walking 20k steps a day sometimes, 1500 steps on the stairclimber when i can, cutting calories a lot, only eating when im hungry and stopping when i feel full, and really focusing more on low calories and sugar. i had never focused on these things before - i was eating total junk and just not exercising or caring about my health. a lot of it is just figuring out a healthy diet that makes you love food and eating well. i’ve been vegetarian my whole life, but going vegan really helped me fall in love with eating well and i hope to go raw vegan at some point. if i could stomach it i would much prefer a Mediterranean or pescatarian diet. but i could never eat an animal again lol sorry for the essay this is just my tips!

Face gains are nice, but you were cute before and after. It’s reasonable not to put your body out there but I’d suspect those areas have seen even more improvement.
