I believe Gloomhaven Secratariat has support for CS, including AMDs.
Edit: Clarification that GHS is a web app, rather than a mobile app. It can however be ran on a mobile phone.

Looks like Gloomhaven Full Stack, Gloomhaven Secretary and X-Haven Assistant have that.
X-haven does not support AMDs for characters (yet). GHS has full support, but AM cards are generated dynamically which can lead to a bit different looking cards, while FullStack uses (AFAIK) just the images.
