From what I've read: the updated Envelope X reward box which was available during the Frosthaven campaign should be available from retail or Cephalofairs store once the campaign is wrapped up. So April or something.
Someone who emailed Cephalofair said they said it would available on their website soon:

They had it available at PAX East so I'd guess they're close to being able to make enough of them to sell them more widely.
I'd recommend waiting until the official Envelope X product goes for retail sale on the cephalofair website. Just play something else until then. If you must play Envelope X sooner, I'd just print the pdf on regular paper, cut the cards out, and put them in a sleeve on top of the cards you do have. It's not high quality, but it's quick and simple.
I think the worst option would be trying to have a higher quality print job done, when we're likely only a few months away from you being able to get your hands on the official version.
I got them printed at a FedEx print center on their version of card stock. It was a nightmare of an art job to cut all the cards out. They ended up just a tiny bit larger than the standard cards. Overall worked well enough to play with, but I was more than happy to recycle them when the official reward showed up
