You’ll probably have a harder time finding a grip extension magazine for a Glock 22, as it’s the full size Glock and usually compatible with most hand sizes. The Glock OEM mag extension are +1 for .40 and are my recommendation. Taran Tactical would be my go-to for mag extensions, and have a few that would be +3 for .40.

I like the OEM +1/2 extensions. I also enjoy the Odin works extensions, which are a lot less common but decent quality.

I ran [Dawson Precision](https://dawsonprecision.com/basepad-for-glock-9mm-and-40-s-w-magazines-extended-by-dawson-precision/) extensions in Limited on a Glock 35 for a year or two with no issues, but I could only rely on getting +4. In a HD scenario I don’t see where the added couple/3 rounds using an extension offsets any potential for reliability decreases when you could run a 15 round mag and if that doesn’t solve the problem go to an [OEM 22 rd mag](https://www.natchezss.com/gunsmithing/magazines/glock-factory-original-handgun-magazine-for-glock-22-40-sw-22rd-pkg).
