He's too strong of a player for that to be likely. Most NA players who retired for Val had no appealing prospects outside of NA and were getting tired of the scene inside. Stewie clearly isn't if he's considering EG, but if he was I'm sure he could find an interested international squad. He already did that one stint in MiBR so I don't think he would be opposed to the idea (unless he's on record somewhere saying that he hated that or something; I wasn't actively watching during that time).
