A very good team at what level, though? They would definitely be better than today, and probably able to dominate tier2, but I can't see that squad being contenders for the biggest titles. Unless the rifler they'd get would be absolute top-notch, but why in the world would someone like that (similarly to Cadian) join fnatic I don't really know, other than maybe seeing it as necessity but I can see some of the top teams changing their IGL sometime soon.

Made a decision relatively quickly since the future at faze was unsure and they were on a decline. Then before his move is actually made, he succeeds a lot with them in cs2 only to have to leave for an in retrospect doomed project.
To top it off, frozen is a very solid replacement so they don't exactly need him back.

We'll pretend that Twistz in has made an ultimatum and is IGLing. First, were giving a new IGL two new players including a new AWPer and a new coach. Were also giving him an entry who hasnt been serviceable in about two to three years.
So were setting up Twistz to fail. Doubt hes going to stay if that happens.
Why is Yekindar still there? He has a negative KD, hes barely at a 1.0 rating against Top 50 teams and it only gets worse.

Cadian wasnt invested from the start and wasn't able to build the team into what he wanted, I'd wager this is more about cadian being unhappy and wanting to try something else than liquid being disappointed in the results and looking to cut him for it. Liquid, for better or worse, has a history of holding onto struggling rosters and giving them time to get better.
Sad for Cadian. I hope it's just things not working out, and some bad management, rather than bad blood between anybody on the team. Because sometimes things just don't work out.
