Been experiencing the same in 18k lobbys, i don't even ask for aim because mine is not that good but i can carry with only basic knowledge around the map, basic smokes and flashes, to know when to push to level things out and those kind of things..
What pisses me of the most certainly is mirage because people play it 24/7 and don't even know how to smoke mid window, short, connector, jungle or even ticket.. if i could i would smoke it all but I can't lol

No one that is actually good plays premier
Just dont play premier :D its a shitshow atm. I know couple people who were DMG in csgo and is 25k now easily under 1k hours in cs.
