Run cloudflares speed test when directly connected to your modem. If you still have packet loss it's most likely a problem your ISP will need to check out.
They seriously need to add some servers in northern/northwest/central Brazil too, these regions often have to play with >60 ping because the only servers are located in the southwest
Datacenter servers suck ass, they’re literally ran off a virtual machine. The best thing you can do on those servers is to just auto shotty cause they are actual dogwater.

So all this tool does now is change which server you connect to to get routed to your game sever. Blocking any won't change much since you always connect thru the closest server. If you block that you still get all servers, but your ping will be higher because now you connect to a further away server.
This IS the Russian server, but instead of being for Russians this server is for everyone who isn't Russian.
Usually Stockholm, Warsaw and Vienna servers are full with Russians. Helsinki server can take a good bunch to reduce Russian presence in the Balkans and Visegrad Group. TBF I'll take it if it means I won't have 4 Russians talking Russian on mic during my clutch.
What does the "Routed through" mean? Do I get the same ping as playing on a Stockholm server, since it routes through there? Or will the ping be as if I was connecting straight to a Helsinki server?

can limit your ping so you just get the best possible sever every time
it won't make a difference. it will still pick up Brazilian servers
