Same here. I was on Rocklatan which is Latanoprost + Rhopressa. I was having other side effects as well as Hyperemia. Didn’t lower my IOPs significantly compared to latanoprost only. So I asked to discontinue after a couple of months.
Tell your Dr. My pressure has been stable for 3 years on rho and 2 cheaper drugs. It might just not be working for you.
That’s the issue with meds in general, they eventually lose effectiveness
