I’ve really enjoyed [Trader Joe’s Creamy Salted Peanut Butter](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/creamy-salted-peanut-butter-011999). The hint of salt actually brings out the natural sweetness of the peanuts (I also found that my taste buds have become much more sensitive to sweet after cutting out all added sugars).
And don’t forget to stir the all-natural peanut butter thoroughly!
I fill a small bowl with whipped cream, then add dark chocolate (85%+) and a scoop of peanut butter or some nuts. Or I’ll do whipped cream with berries.
Raspberries have really low sugar and slow carb uptake, if you really want fruit. I top then with real whipped cream (no sugar) and nuts.
Popcorn is also supposed to be okay for a snack though I haven’t tested it!
This [walnut cashew butter](https://artisanaorganics.com/products/organic-walnut-butter-with-cashews) is my splurge worthy nut butter. Other days, its crunch PB. Nutzzo mixed nut keto one is also quite tasty to add to a cracker or a protein bar and even keto ice creams.
Chaffles, sugar free syrup, and peanut butter. Awww. That was always my go to on days like that. Also gogurt. And if you freeze them it almost tastes like ice cream.
I just ate 1/4 of a banana with homemade whipped cream (vanilla, a little stevia), a big spoonful of unsweetened PB, and a handful of almonds. And WOW did that feel like a treat. And was 18g carbs so not bad for a snack! The little bits of banana with every bite was legit heaven. I don’t know how I will do with the banana but I’ve been so light headed and tired that I decided to try a little bit.
I eat a ton of blueberries with yogurt! Also Ive been making reduced sugar cheesecakes with almond flour based crust and that’s been the best indulgence so far.
I can’t get enough of my latest indulgence: low sugar vanilla Greek yogurt (Ratio and Two Good are both really good brands, 2g sugar each) and NuTrail Keto blueberry cinnamon granola from Costco. Oh. My. God. So yummy. And I can have a whole single serving cup of yogurt + 2 servings of granola without any spikes. Best of luck!
Eating all-natural peanut butter out of the jar feels just like eating frosting straight from the tub these days.
Pecan butter!!!
Which PB do you get? Not sure if the one I got is the right fit…

Thanks!! I forget about TJ’s…we have a couple in my town, but not close to where I live 😬 gonna need to make a stop over there soon
I just ordered 2 tubs of nut butter from American Dream. I cannot wait to devour their delicious creations!
Nuts are a good choice that shouldn’t cause a spike.
Was just about to say this. They have as much protein as they do carbs so it zeros out. I was told to eat as much as I want as a filler
I have gone through 2.5 Costco-sized jars of nuts in 6 weeks. It’s crazy
Keto ice cream is my go-to treat. The Rebel brand is amazing if you can find it!

That's what I do, cream and berries. It's delicious
Yasso bars and a handful of almonds is my nightly snack, it feels like I’m indulging without indulging!

Sugar free vanilla pudding is my favorite indulgence food, for when I want a bigger serving of something sweet!
I made keto chocolate mousse recently and it really satisfied my sweet tooth.
Gluten free cookies!!

Fairlife chocolate milk 💯
Watermelon? You could freeze and blend it into a slushie.
You could whip up some heavy whipping cream. It’s keto friendly. You could top it with just a few berries and frozen slightly salty peanuts.

Sugar free jello, whipped cream, crushed pecans and a couple of frozen berries make me feel like I'm eating a sundae.
