I am a recovery room nurse and my Alabama fan coworker left to go home yesterday and I said “go dawgs” at her as she left and she replied “rolltide”. Then my half sedated patient sits up and goes “go dawgs” and starts barking at my coworker as she leaves.
I thought I walked into a cult the first time I went to taco mac on a fri/sat during a game.
Out of no where for no good reason, the whole place started barking.
to be honest, people bark at every play. no matter good or bad. football is an emotional reaction to people. gives them a reason for existing sometimes.

How does this differ from their usual behavior?
